内を効果的に脱臭すると共に、活性炭の交換を不用とす

下方に取付けられた脱臭装置である。12は、冷却器5か
らの除霜時の水滴が脱臭装置11に落下するのを防ぐ遮へ
い板である。第2図に示すように、前記脱臭装置11は除
霜用発熱体11aと繊維状活性炭からなる脱臭剤11bとから
構成されている。11cは前記脱臭装置11′を前記冷却室
8に固定するための取付具、11d,11eはそれぞれ前記除
霜用発熱体11aを構成する石英ガラス管とニクロム線で
ある。前記脱臭剤11bは両端のリング状の締付具13で前

bに吸着された臭気成分の分解及び湿気の乾燥を行うも
のである。前記脱臭剤11bは、除霜する度に加熱再生す
ることが出来るので、従来の如く数ケ月で新品と交換す
る必要がなく、長期間脱臭能力を維持することが出来
る。尚、前記脱臭剤11bを繊維状活性炭としたのは、該
活性炭が任意の形状に成形しやすく、前記発熱体11への

で、常に脱臭効果を維持し活性炭を長期交換する必要が
ない。さらに、発熱体のガラス管に脱臭剤を設けている
のでニクロム線から放射線状に発生する熱が有効に脱臭
