ませて遊びを生じさせてしまう等して、被収納物を密着
保持するキャリーケースを簡単かつ確実に提供し難かっ

用緩衝材を組合わせて雌型内にセットし、雄型を合わせ
た後、キャビティに緩衝性材料を射出してバックアップ
用緩衝材の表面から容器本体乃至蓋体の端部に至って内
装表皮を密接着して形成するようにしたキャリーケース

正確に形成できると共に、各部品の組合わせによる位置
ずれや各部品の成形ばらつき等による影響を受けること
がなく、被収納物を確実に密着保持して保護できるキャ
リーケースを形成することができる。その製法も、補強
枠を装着した外装体内にバックアップ用緩衝材をセット
しこれを金型内に嵌合させるか、補強枠とバックアップ
用緩衝材を金型内に配設して、内装表皮材料を射出し、
前者の場合はその後に容器本体と蓋体とを蝶番によって
結合すればよく、後者の場合は成形物を外装体と組合わ
せて一体化した後に容器本体と蓋体とを結合させればよ
