【発明の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本発明は水酸化アルミを含有する紙であつて、例えば防
腐用、特に臭気の吸着用に好適な水酸化アルミ脱臭紙に

内蔵を摘出することなくそのまま流通し、その解体処理
は末端の販売店や家庭で行われることなどによつて、一
層促進される。また魚は、生体自身の酵素作用により細
胞組織が分解して自己消化が生じ、腐敗が進行する。す
なわち漁獲された魚は、死後硬直をおこした後、次第に
肉質が軟くなり、その細胞組織がたんぱく質からアミノ
酸に変化する。このように魚介類は腐敗が生じやすく、
高鮮度を維持した生のまま保存は、極めて僅かな日数に
限られる問題があつた。この腐敗の進行は、勿論魚介類
のみならず、牛肉,豚肉,鳥肉類等の畜産食品,果物,
野菜等の生鮮食料品のすべてに共通な問題である。又こ
れ等魚介類の腐敗に伴うアンモニア,硫黄系、魚介類等
の有する生ぐささなどを防止する問題がある。一方、生
鮮食料品の包装材料には、紙,木材等種々のものが使用
されているが、何れも単なる包装にすぎず、これらの包
装材料に腐敗防止性能を有するものがなく、最近これら
の対策として特開昭61−41400号公報に示すように、酸
化ケイ素,アルミナ,酸化第二鉄,酸化カルシウム,酸
化チタン,酸化マグネシウム,酸化カリウム,及び酸化
ナトリウムのいずれか1種の無機質鉱物粉末を紙の繊維
組織中に含有させた無機質鉱物粉末脱臭紙に関する提案
がなされている。これは非常に優れた防腐用及び臭気の
吸着用に効果があるものであるが、これには大きな欠点
がある。すなわち無機質鉱物粉末脱臭紙のため、物を包
装するときに破けたり、切れたりする極めて脆さがあ
り、脱臭効果,防腐効果はあつても実際に使用するには
役立たないこと、及び多くの酸化物を提示しているが必
ずしも全ての鉱物が効果があるとは限らない種々の欠点

本発明の水酸化アルミニウム粉末を含有した脱臭紙は、
例えば次のように製造することができる。すなわち原料
パルプの蒸解工程,精選,脱水工程,漂白工程,繊維を
水和,膨潤し適当な長さに揃えるための調成工程および
抄紙機ですかれた紙を巻き上げるための抄造工程からな
る製紙工程中の前記調成工程により出来た液状の紙料で
あるパルプ15〜40重量%中に水酸化アルミ60〜85重量%
粉末を添加し混合した上、抄造工程において抄造するこ
とにより製紙し、製造する。この製紙において、高分子
合成のり材、例えばポリアクリル酸エステルを用いた場
合、このポリアクリル酸エステルだけでは保水性が不足
してしまうため、サイズプレス等で連続生産はできな
い。そこでポリアクリル酸エステルに澱粉や高分子のポ
リアクリルアミドをのり材として混合させれば、本発明
に係わる脱臭紙は保水性及び柔軟性を得ることができ
る。ここで、ポリアクリルアミドとポリアクリル酸エス
テルとの混合液を得るために、一例として、各々をほぼ
50%づつ配合し、あるいは、ほぼ30対70、さらには、ほ
ぼ70対30の配合の比率で混在させると良い。このように
して配合された混合液を使用して塗布処理を行い、その
混合液が全体の3〜5%の含有量を持つことにより、パ
ルプと水酸化アルミが良く結合し、シートにしたとき
に、破れたり、切れたりする脆化状態を防止し、最終的
に製造された紙の脱臭力も向上するものである。図面は

ステル50%の混合液を5g/m2塗布し、水酸化アルミ粉末
を含有した脱臭紙の繊維組織中に含浸させ、パルプと水
酸化アルミとの付着効果を大ならしめ、脆化を防止し、
破れ,切れを全く起こることがない、自由に折り,曲げ
可能ならしめる。このようにして出来た水酸化アルミ粉
末脱臭紙によって魚を包み、保持させるも、4〜5℃の
温度で7日間経過するも腐敗せず、高鮮度を保つことが
出来た。また魚の臭は水酸化アルミ粉末脱臭紙に吸着さ
れ全く臭うことがなかった。しかも包装時には非常に良
く、自由に通常の紙の如く破れること及び切れることな
く包むことが出来る柔軟な脱臭紙である。なお、パルプ
15〜40重量%と水酸化アルミ60〜85重量%に限定した理
由は15%未満のパルプ量では紙を製造する上で充分では
なく、又40%含有すれば製紙の役目を十分はたすこと、
及び水酸化アルミの60%未満では脱臭効果を十分発揮す
ることが出来ないし、85%以上の添加しても効果は大き
くならない故60〜85重量%に限定した。更に高分子合成
のり材3〜5%に限定した理由は3%未満では強度が不
十分となる。そこで、高分子合成のり材を、少なくとも
3%は紙に入れることで、強度を向上させている。また
高分子合成のり材が5%を越えて脱臭紙に添加された場
合には、添加された割に効果が薄く、5%の添加で充分
に本実施例の効果を達成することができる。さらには、
ポリアクリル酸エステルあるいはポリアクリルアミドは
