Then, the side surfaces of the wooden board 1 are formed into two side plates 5, each of which is a rectangular flat wooden board 4.
It is known that the wooden boards 1 and 4 are closed by 5 and each of the above wooden boards 1 and 4 is usually made of a cypress or the like on the inner surface of the laminated board 6 such as plywood or LVL in order to give off the scent of expensive wood. Makeup veneer 7

That is, first, the laminated plate 6 is adhered to the flat plate-shaped decorative veneer 7 at a portion between the side plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 of the bathtub except the corner portion. Next, the decorative veneer 7 is bent at a portion where the laminated plate 6 is absent (a portion corresponding to a corner portion of the bathtub) by using a male mold corresponding to the shape of the inner surface of the bathtub to form a substantially U-shape. After that, corner members 6b, 6b made of a laminated plate which is curved and formed in advance are adhered to a portion of the decorative veneer 7 where the laminated plate 6 does not exist.

However, there is a problem in that the forming process is troublesome. In addition, when changing the bending angle and the radius of curvature of the corner portion of the wooden material 1, it is necessary to prepare a plurality of types of not only the male type but also the corner member corresponding to each type, which causes a problem in parts management and the like.

On the other hand, a comb-shaped corner member having a plurality of cut grooves is prepared, resin is filled in the cut groove of the corner member, and the corner member is bent in the cut groove when the resin is uncured. To form a shape along the corner portion and fit to a portion of the decorative veneer where there is no laminated plate.
Thereafter, a space is formed between the decorative veneer and the corner member by injecting a resin from the side end face to fill the space, and then curing the resin to attach the corner member to the decorative veneer. Is.

First, as shown in FIG. 1 (a), a decorative veneer 7 made of a cypress or the like having a predetermined size and having both side plates 2 and 2 and a bottom plate 3 of a bathtub developed is prepared. On the back surface of the bathtub, the parts corresponding to the side plates 2, 2 and the bottom plate 3 of the bathtub (that is, the parts excluding the corners) are laminated plates 6a, such as plywood and LVL, respectively.
6a and 6a are bonded using a water resistant adhesive (adhesive such as epoxy-based or water-based polymer / isocyanate-based adhesive). Thereafter, the decorative veneer 7 to which the laminated plates 6a, 6a, 6a are adhered is put together with a male mold 11 corresponding to the inner surface shape of the bathtub prepared in advance as shown in FIG. The decorative plate 7 is bent at a place where there is no laminated plate 6a corresponding to the corner between the side plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 and is formed into a substantially U shape.

The thickness of the corner member laminated plate 6d is the same as that of the side plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 of the bathtub.
It is set smaller than the thickness of 6a. After that, each cut groove 9 of the laminated plate 6d is filled with a resin 10 such as epoxy resin, and when the resin 10 is uncured, the laminated plate 6d is bent at the cut grooves 9, 9 ,. A corner member 6b curved to have a predetermined bending angle and curvature along the corner portion is formed by (see FIG. 4 (c)), and the corner members 6b and 6b are formed on the decorative veneer 7 where there is no laminated plate 6a. Then, after covering the entire back surface of the decorative veneer 7 with the laminated plate 6 to integrate them, the wooden plate 1 including the integrated decorative veneer 7 and the laminated plate 6 is released from the male mold 11. . After that, the two side plates 5 and 5 of the wooden board 4 in the remaining bathtub are attached to the wooden board 1 and attached members such as a frame member 8 are attached at predetermined positions. By the above, the wooden bathtub as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is provided.

As shown in detail in FIG. 4, the corner portion of the wooden board 1 that continuously forms 2 and the bottom plate 3 has kerfs 9, 9 ,. Although formed, since the resin 10 is filled in each of the kerfs 9 and in the space between the corner member 6b and the decorative veneer 7, it is the same as or similar to the case where the conventional corner member has no kerf. Since it has sufficient strength as described above, durability can be improved. Further, the heat resistance at the corner can be maintained well, and the decorative veneer 7 forming the inner surface of the bathtub at the corner is no different from the conventional one, and the wood texture can be favorably maintained.

The corner member that constitutes the laminated plate is formed by bending a comb-like member having a plurality of cut grooves at the cut grooves, and therefore the molding can be easily performed and the bending angle and the radius of curvature can be appropriately changed. It is possible to improve workability and easiness of parts management. Moreover, since the resin is filled in the space between the kerf of the corner member and between the veneer and the decorative veneer, it is possible to ensure good strength, heat insulation and wood texture at the corners of the wood board. It is possible and very advantageous for practical application.
