装置とにそれぞれ駆動円板と従動円板とを設け、前記切
断手段を回転爪外周面のテープ通過位置に向けて付勢す
ると共に、これを非作動位置に保持する係止手段を前記
支持板に、またその係止手段の係止を外す係止解除手段
を回転爪にそれぞれ設け、前記フレームに、駆動円板と
従動円板の外周に設けた切欠にそれぞれ係脱する駆動側
ストッパと従動側ストッパをそれぞれ別個に係脱し得る
ように取付け、駆動側ストッパには駆動円板の切欠から
外れたとき、このストッパを駆動円板の接線方向に移動
させて、前記駆動装置のスタート用スイッチを閉成させ
るように働くバネを付設し、従動側ストッパには、前記
操作手段を取付けて、この操作手段をスタート位置にし
たとき従動側ストッパが従動円板の切欠から外れるよう
になし、かつ同従動側ストッパにはこのストッパが従動
円板の切欠から離脱したとき駆動側ストッパを同行させ
て駆動側円板から離脱させ、従動側ストッパが離脱して
いる間は駆動側ストッパが駆動側円板に係合しないよう
に制限する制限片を設け、前記操作手段を解除位置にし
たとき従動側ストッパが従動円板を停止させ、駆動側ス
トッパは駆動円板が1回転したのち停止させるようにし
