23aから外れ、キャップ25が回転阻止用軸23の端部から
取外される。この状態で、外筒22を実線の位置から鎖線
の位置まで内筒21に沿って下降させると、回転阻止用軸
23も共に下降して底弁操作ハンドル2から外れるので、
該ハンドルは回転可能となり、弁を開放することができ
る。なお、キャップ25の上面には、タンクに内蔵される

ると、この底弁操作ハンドルの錠前を施錠すると共に、
その鍵が付設された着脱部材を施・解錠手段の固定部材
に戻し、所定の注油口であることの確認をとってから、
次に給油すべき注油口の施・解錠手段における着脱部材
の鍵で、次の底部操作ハンドルの錠前を解錠するので、
作業手順上からも誤給油を防止することができる。した
がって、従来の如く、注油口と底弁操作ハンドルの表示
を作業者が眼で確認し記憶するという、視認・記憶手段
のみに頼って給油していたがために、誤って異なる種類
の弁を開放するといった事態が生ずることは、本発明に
おいては起こり得ず、誤給油事故の危険性は皆無であ
