A method for forming a design by pressing a heating mold having after-characters and patterns, and (b) forming a design coating layer having a porous structure on the surface of a colored coating layer, and then forming a heating mold having letters and patterns. A method of pressing to form a design (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-108776) is known. However, in the above-mentioned method, the three-dimensional pattern is only formed by the unevenness due to the decrease in the thickness of the resin layer, the three-dimensional effect is not sufficient, and the appearance and the decorativeness are not always satisfactory.

It is a fiber that contracts and thus develops a spiral crimp. As such polyester-based composite fiber, one polymer is 5-sodium sulfoisophthalic acid, 5-potassium sulfoisophthalic acid, 5-lithium sulfoisophthalic acid, 4-sodium sulfoisophthalic acid, 4-sodium sulfo-2,6-naphthalene. A copolymerized polyester mainly composed of ethylene terephthalate units in which a sulfonate such as dicarboxylic acid is copolymerized,
A composite fiber composed of two components, in which the other polymer is polyethylene terephthalate, is suitable, but not limited to these, as long as it has a heat-sensitive latent crimp, it may be a combination of other polyester polymers. Good. The staple property of the above composite fiber used in the present invention has a fineness of 0.5 to 10
Denier, a fiber length of 35 to 100 mm, and a crimp number of 10 to 30 ridges / inch are preferred for the entangled nonwoven fabric.

The punching density in needle punching is preferably 100 to 1000 needles / cm 2 . The properties of the entangled nonwoven fabric obtained are not particularly limited, but usually, the thickness is 1 to 5 mm, the weight is 100 to 1000 g / m 2 , and the apparent density is 0.1 to 0.3 g / cm 3 .

Here, the heat treatment means a heat treatment without tension, and the method thereof is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a method of immersing in hot water and a method of applying steam or hot air. The method and conditions in the heat treatment may be appropriately selected according to the latent shrinkage performance of the polyester-based conjugate fiber used. In order to achieve the object of the present invention, it is sufficient that the entangled nonwoven fabric shrinks 10% or more in terms of area shrinkage by heat treatment.

The elastic polymer in the present invention may be composed of only a urethane / vinyl chloride copolymer, or may be a mixture with another polymer. In the case of a mixture, a urethane / vinyl chloride copolymer is mixed in an amount of 3% by weight or more, preferably 5% by weight or more. Examples of other polymers to be mixed include polyurethane resin, vinyl chloride resin, acrylic ester / styrene copolymer, styrene / butadiene copolymer, and the like, and polyurethane resin is preferable. In the present invention, the higher the proportion of the urethane / vinyl chloride copolymer is, the better the thermoplasticity is and the excellent three-dimensional appearance can be obtained, but the texture tends to be hard.

The pigment or paint used here is not particularly limited, but a chromatic color is preferable because of its large color change. The resin used for the colored resin layer is usually a polyurethane resin, but is not limited to this. The colored resin layer is prepared by dissolving a resin in an appropriate organic solvent, adding an appropriate amount of a pigment or dye of a desired color to form an organic solvent solution, applying the solution to the sheet-shaped substrate, and after wet coagulation. It can be formed by washing with water and drying.

When a mold with an uneven pattern on this sheet-like material was hot pressed at 200 ° C. for 2 seconds, the concave part reached the deep part of the sheet base material, the surface was smooth and the uneven pattern was extremely excellent in three-dimensional impression. The colored portion became dark and a clear and good design was obtained.

When a mold was hot-pressed on this sheet-like material under the same conditions as in Example 1, the concave portion did not penetrate into the sheet base material, resulting in an uneven pattern having a poor three-dimensional effect, and a clear design could not be obtained.
