There is not available as a parking space,
There was a risk of traffic accidents and theft cases because users moved in and out of the parking lot. Further, in the mechanical type described above, a turntable for changing the front-back direction of the vehicle is provided at the doorway, and when the vehicle is taken out, the cage on which the vehicle to be taken out is placed descends to the doorway. Had to wait until.

When a sufficiently large construction site is available, a large number of standard parking units ( In the present embodiment, 16 standard parking units are shown in a staggered arrangement to reduce wasted space, and three parking surfaces 3 are adjacent to the three sides of the elevator 2 on the upper side of the figure. Two intermediate parking units II (type (c) in FIG. 2) are arranged, two intermediate parking units II (type (b) in FIG. 2) are arranged on the lower side of the figure, and an intermediate parking unit is located on the left side of the figure. Two IIs (type (e) in Fig. 2) are lined up, and two intermediate parking units II (type (d) in Fig. 2) are lined up on the right side of the figure. The parking surface 3 can be installed. In the figure, the blank small section Q cannot be the parking surface 3 because of the combination of the assembly units.
Although it is a wasteful space, in the present invention, conversely, it is positively utilized as a hoistway for maintenance and inspection or a spare parts warehouse.

For example, the tire clamping means 25 above the endless belt 21 and below the vehicle P in FIG. 1 or 4 are assembled in a cross shape. The combined clamp tube 25a and front rod 25b and the tire pads 25d, 2 rotatably supported by hinges 25c, 25c fixed to both ends of the front rod 25b.
5d, a propulsion nut 25f loosely inserted in the axial direction of the pinching tube 25a and screwed near the rear end of the center shaft 25e having worm teeth formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof, and the tire pads 25d, 25d and the propulsion nut 25
It is composed of links 25g, 25g interposed between f, and a transmission gear 25h integrally fixed to the rear end (left end in the figure) of the central shaft 25e and rotationally driving the central shaft 25e.

い。Therefore, the tire clamping means 25 of the present embodiment is the transmission gear 25h.
When it rotates in a predetermined direction, the propelling nut 25f moves forward on the central shaft 25e, which is a worm, to the right in the figure, and the links 25g, 2
Since 5 g is pushed open, first, the tire pad 25d is pushed open by an angle of 90 ° and coincides with the longitudinal direction of the front rod 25b as in the state (a) shown by the two-dot chain line. Tire pad 25d, 2
After 5d is opened, the front end of propulsion nut 25f (right end in the figure)
Starts moving the pinching tube 25a forward (to the right in the figure),
Since the vehicle can be advanced to the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in (a), the tire pads 25d, 25d can sandwich the tire P1 of the vehicle P from the front and the rear (see FIG. 4). Of course, this tire clamping means can also be constituted by pneumatic pressure means, and if a ball screw (not shown) is used instead of the propelling nut 25f, it is not necessary to form the central shaft 25e as a worm, so the tire clamping means is not necessary. It goes without saying that the structure of the pushing means 25a is not limited to this embodiment.

In FIG. 5A, the tire pad 25d has two side plates 250d and 250d.
It is desirable that the two rollers 251d are pivotally supported between the two rollers 251d so that the tire P1 can be effectively pushed and pinched.

The operation of the parking unit for constructing a mechanical multistory parking lot according to the present invention will be described. The overall control of the mechanical multi-storey car park according to the present invention grasps the use status of each car park by an information processing device (not shown) using a computer, and the required elevator 2 and endless belts 21,22. , 23,24,31A, 31
This is performed by operating B, 31C, 31D and the tire pinching means 25, 25 (such a control system itself is a well-known technique, and therefore not described in detail).

(Fig.), And when the vehicle P enters from the entry / exit path G1, the manager of the parking lot can park the parking surface 3 based on the parking data displayed on the display of the information processing device, The elevator 2 that can reach the parking surface 3 is searched, and the driver is instructed about the position of the elevator 2. Then, for example, when the vehicle P enters in the direction of arrow F through the entry / exit path G1 and is placed on the elevator 2,
When the rear tire comes to a predetermined position, a sensor (not shown) operates to confirm the front tire position and calculate the distance between the front and rear tires. When the vehicle P puts the tire P1 on the endless belt 24, the information processing device commands the two tire clamping means 25, 25 to approach each other based on the calculated distance between the front and rear tires, and the front tire P1 is moved. The vehicle P is fixed on the elevator 2 by sandwiching the rear tire P1 from the front side from the front side.

The first parking surface 3A as the endless belt 24 in the lateral direction (vertical direction in the figure)
At the same time, the intermediate transfer devices 4 and 4 between the endless belts 31A and 31A make the rotating plate 41 horizontal (see FIG. 6), and at the same time, the two sets of endless belts 24 and 31A move in the direction of arrow R ( It starts to rotate in the same step (downward in the figure).

る。Therefore, when the vehicle P on which the tire P1 is placed on the endless belt 24 moves past the intermediate transfer devices 4 and 4 and the endless belt 31A moves, and when the vehicle P completely moves onto the endless belt 31A, the endless belt 24, At the same time as 31A stops, the rotary plate 41 of the intermediate delivery device 4 rises to a vertical position and stops. In this way, the lateral direction (vertical direction in the figure) of the vehicle P is protected by the intermediate transfer device 4 and the stopper 32A, and the crawler belt 5 (see FIG. 9) of the endless belt 31A is flexible and hard plastic or the like. Since it is made of, the tire P1 is blocked by the crawler belt 5 and prevented from moving back and forth.
However, it is desirable to install a low guardrail (not shown) on the necessary side surface of the endless belt 31A to prevent earthquakes (other endless belts 21,22,23,24,31B, 31C, 31D The same). When moving the vehicle P to the third parking surface 3C,
Since the operation is the same as the above except that the direction is different, description thereof will be omitted.

At the same time as one of the parking surfaces 3B moves backward and returns to the original position as shown, the other one (of the fourth parking surface 3D side) is tire P1.
Push to put the tire P1 on the endless belts 22 and 23. At this time, in the vehicle P, the clutch is in neutral and the brake is not applied, so the tire P1 runs idle, but the rollers 251d and 251d are attached to the tire pads 25d and 25d shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 5A. By being attached, the rotation of the tire P1 can be absorbed and the vehicle P can be effectively pushed toward the endless belts 22 and 23. Well, endless belts 22,23, and
When the endless belt 31B of the second parking surface 3B starts to rotate in the same direction in the direction of the arrow F, the vehicle P has the same height as the endless belts 23, 31B. Structural H-section steel S2 (see FIG. 4) Is easily passed over to move onto the endless belt 31B, the rotations of the endless belts 22, 23, 31B are stopped, and the elevator 2 returns to the entrance / exit floor G.
