With the same as the upper and lower sides shown in FIG. Various adhesives such as synthetic rubber, vinyl acetate, polymer cement and acrylic rubber can be used as the adhesive for adhering the surface material to the wall surface. In pasting, the adhesive is protected by a release paper while the joint width is opened or the joint is not taken, and the release paper is peeled off to adhere the overlapping portion. When considering the waterproof property, start sticking from the bottom of the wall surface and stick it upwards, so that the joint and overlap margin part of the lower sheet is
Prevent the entry of rainwater etc. by making it under the adhesive part of the upper sheet. FIG. 4 shows an external perspective view in the middle of construction in this way. In the example shown in this figure, first, allocation is performed according to the size of the covering material, and the parts are jointed in order from the bottom so that the joint / overlap margin portion appears in the table. FIG. 4 shows a state where the second step from the bottom is attached and the third step from the bottom is started.

In the surface covering material in the examples, a sheet in which both surfaces of a polyester non-woven fabric were coated with acrylic resin paint by a knife coater was used as the base material portion 2.
The decorative material portion 1 was formed by curing a joint / overlap portion and the like on one surface of the base material portion 2 and applying a paint according to the following Working Formulation 1 by spraying. The dimensions of the cover material are 40 cm x 60 cm.
And the joint and stacking allowance is 5 cm with the coated non-woven fabric exposed.
Width Adhesive 3 and release paper are 0.2mm thick and 4.5 wide
A non-vulcanized butyl rubber sheet made into cm was used. We manufactured 600 sheets of such covering materials and constructed them on a concrete block structure with a height of 2 m, and confirmed the workability and fit. As the adhesive material at the time of construction, polymer cement shown in the following practical combination 2 was used. As a result of the construction test, it was possible to construct about 50 m 2 per person, and the installation was good.

That is, conventionally, when a sheet-like surface covering material is applied to the outer surface of the outer wall of a building, since there is no overlapping part, the adhesive applied to the base will stick out from between the sheets, resulting in a beautiful finish. There wasn't. Also,
In order to take waterproofness into consideration, a sealing treatment was required between the sheets.

性があるため、施工直後の降雨に対しても安全となる。However, by applying the cover material of the present invention, the adhesive material does not protrude from between the sheets, and the sealing treatment between the sheets becomes unnecessary. In addition, by exposing the overlap margin, which also functions as a joint and is colored in a desired joint color, with a constant width, it is effective in terms of design as a makeup joint.
Further, since the covering material of the present invention is completely waterproof immediately after construction, it is safe even against rainfall immediately after construction.
