In the method of using cold water of, for example, when the well water at about 18 ° C is used for cooling and the water temperature is raised to about 28 ° C by 10 ° C and the wastewater is discharged, the sensible heat amount taken is 1 This is a very small amount of 10 kca1 and it consumes a large amount of well water to cool a large number of objects to be cooled, which is a problem that valuable water resources are not effectively used. In addition, when using outside air as the air used for cooling, in the method of installing a filter in the outside air intake duct in order to remove insects, dust, etc., if the filter becomes clogged, the effect will decrease and Needed to be cleaned.

Is cooled by a heat exchanger installed in the cooling tower and is collected and filtered by spray water from a nozzle in the cooling tower to the heat exchanger, and the spray water is mixed to form mist-like cooling air. Then, the atomized cooling air is sprayed onto the object to be cooled through a duct provided in the cooling tower to cool it, and the circulating water stored in the inner bottom of the cooling tower is introduced into a conduit for controlling the amount of water. It is characterized in that the cooling capacity can be varied by attaching the valve body of (1) and increasing or decreasing the amount of water sprayed to the heat exchanger.

First, the items to be cooled are placed on a conveyor and conveyed to the first chamber of the chamber to be cooled, and the mist-like cooling air from the cooling tower is supplied to the first chamber. It is sprayed on the object to be cooled by the blower provided in
After that, the object to be cooled is transferred by the conveyor to the second part of the object to be cooled storage chamber.
The humidity of the mist-like cooling air is lowered by transporting it to the chamber and opening the intake damper provided in the duct of the second chamber, and the dried cooling air is used by the blower provided in the second chamber. Alternatively, water droplets attached to the object to be cooled may be dried by ventilation.

法である。The method of cooling the object to be cooled using the dust collecting and filtering air according to the present invention is to cool the air taken in by the blower 2 installed at the top of the cooling tower 1 by passing it through the heat exchanger 4, Further, by spraying the cooling water 5 from the nozzle 3 above the heat exchanger 4, insects and dust from the outside are collected and filtered, and further, the sprayed cooling water is mixed with the air by blowing air. As a mist-like cooling air, it passes through the duct 9 and is blown by the blower 11 to the cooling chamber in a ventilation state
This is a method in which the object to be cooled 12 in 10 is sprayed to be cooled.

The amount of cooling water ejected from the nozzle 3 can be adjusted, and when the opening is increased, the cooling water that cools the heat exchanger 4 increases, so the temperature of the cooling air decreases, and the spray density increases, The amount of water in the cooling air increases, which in turn causes the cooling chamber
The cooling capacity for the object to be cooled 12 in 10 is increased.

ある。In the method for cooling an object to be cooled using dust collection and filtered air shown in FIG. 1, the outside air taken in by the blower at the top of the cooling tower is cooled in the heat exchanger and at the same time sprayed water is sprayed from the nozzle. Insects and dust are collected and filtered by the bath and water filter effect. Unlike a mesh filter and a fibrous filter, this water filter does not become clogged because it circulates, and is extremely efficient in terms of convenience and maintenance.

Since the air blown by the blower that generates a large amount of air comes into intimate contact with the sprayed water, part of the sprayed water that adheres to the object to be cooled becomes water vapor and evaporates. Heat is taken away from the equipment, energy consumption is saved, the cooling capacity is increased, and the water consumption is small, without enormous equipment costs and running costs.
