(Prior Art) Conventionally, as a method for producing a patterned surface stencil of this kind such as a cotton pens, for example, an organic solvent activated tape (solvent activated type) having a surface of paper or a synthetic polymer film coated with an organic solvent activated adhesive is used. Using a dry tape or film), apply an organic solvent mixed with a small amount of plasticizer to the surface of the vinyl lower seal, sponge medium sheet and vinyl upper sheet with a desired pattern printed on the surface. A cutting blade for fusing and adhering along the outside according to the pattern design of the upper sheet is inserted into each of the sequentially polymerized materials until they reach the base surface of the solvent-activated tape from the surface of the polymerized material. The upper, middle, and lower sheets are adhered along the blade portion and melted, and then the polymerized material outside the pattern pattern outline is peeled off from the base to remove the base material. The method is characterized in that a three-dimensional pattern plate having a high-viscosity, dry-solidifying adhesive layer having a good initial adhesive force on the back surface thereof is obtained when peeled from the cloth.
It is publicly known from the 360 bulletin and the like.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, when using this method, when there is a portion to be removed in the pattern design, a step of fusing the peripheral edge of the portion with a cutting blade and then peeling off the same portion is performed. Since this work requires precise technology and high skill, it has a problem that productivity is extremely poor.

(Means for Solving Problems) In the present invention, a transparent thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet (1) is provided with a patterned sheet (5) having a pattern (4) formed by foil stamping or printing with an ink, as a base material (6). The pattern (4) is polymerized on the surface directly or through a thermoplastic synthetic resin-based sponge sheet (7).
Corresponding to the contour line (8) of the cutting edge (9) and the non-patterned portion (10) in the pattern where the lower edge position is slightly higher than this cutting edge (9) and there is a step Pressure piece (11)
The upper mold electrode (12) of the welding machine equipped with is pressed against the patterned sheet (5), and the patterned sheet (5) and the base material (6) or the patterned sheet (5) and heat are applied. The synthetic synthetic resin type sponge sheet (7) and the base material (6) are integrally welded, and at the same time, the patterned sheet (5) or the patterned sheet (5) and the thermoplastic synthetic resin type sponge sheet (7).
Is cut by the cutting blade (9), and the pressing piece (11) is strongly pressed onto the transparent thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet (1) to form a foil (2) below the pressing piece (11). The transparent thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet (1) at the same place is returned to the transparent substrate state by letting the inks (3) (3) 'escape to the side, and the thermoplastic synthetic resin-based sponge sheet (7) or substrate (6). It is intended to solve such a problem by providing a method for manufacturing a patterned surface stencil such as a watpen, which is characterized by enabling the transparent display.

(Example) First, as shown in FIG. 2, a foil (2) was pressed on the upper surface of a transparent thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet (1) such as vinyl chloride, and opaque ink (3) and A patterned sheet (5) having a desired pattern (4) is formed by printing with the transparent ink (3) '. The pattern (4) may be provided on the lower surface side of the transparent thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet (1). In that case, it is better to print with the ink (3) (3) 'and then press the foil. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, a thermoplastic synthetic resin-based sponge sheet (7) such as vinyl sponge is laid on the base material (6) such as flocked cloth, felt, thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet, and the like. Polymerize the patterned sheet (5) above. The thermoplastic synthetic resin-based sponge sheet (7) can be omitted. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the cutting edge (9) located corresponding to the contour line (8) of the pattern (4) and the lower edge position slightly higher than this cutting edge (9) The patterned sheet is provided with an upper mold electrode (12) of a high-frequency welder having a step (0.1 mm or less) and a pressing piece (11) positioned corresponding to a non-patterned portion (10) in the pattern (4). By pressing it onto (5), the patterned sheet (5) and the base material (6) or the patterned sheet (5), the thermoplastic synthetic resin type sponge sheet (7) and the base material (6) are integrally formed. Simultaneously with welding, the patterned sheet (5) or the patterned sheet (5) and the thermoplastic synthetic resin type sponge sheet (7) are cut by the cutting blade (9), and the pressing piece (11) is made of transparent thermoplastic resin. Press it firmly onto the synthetic resin sheet (1) and press it (11)
The foil (2) and the inks (3) (3) 'in the lower position of the are evacuated. As described above, the surface slab (13) is completed as shown in FIG.

(Operation and effect of the invention) Since the present invention is as described above, when a non-patterned portion is formed in the pattern of the surface slab, the patterned sheet in that portion is separated and removed by a cutting blade as in the conventional case. Since such a troublesome work is unnecessary, the productivity can be greatly improved, and the present invention has an effect that the above-mentioned problems can be surely solved by these.
