体を構成し、該枠体の外面に前記取付座を固着した後、
該枠体の周囲に型枠をセツトして樹脂を注入し、硬化後
該取付座の座面を加工するようにしたことを特徴とす

先立つて枠体の外面に取付座を固着するため、取付座は

含む第2のグループに属するものとがあり、溶接ガン
(4)のエアシリンダ(4a)に作動流体たるエアを供給
する配管部材たるエアパイプ(5)を図中Aで示す第1
グループ用の2本と、図中Bで示す第2グループ用の2
本との計4本用意し、治具本体(1)に制御バルブを内
蔵する集管ブロツク(6)を取付けて、これらエアパイ
プ(5)の一端を該集管ブロツク(6)に配管接続し、
Aのエアパイプ(5)(5)を介してのエア供給により
第1グループの溶接ガン(4)を同期作動させ、又Bの
エアパイプ(5)(5)を介してのエア供給により第2
グループの溶接ガン(4)を第1グループのものとは異
