The present invention relates to a method for producing compost that is made possible.

ものであった。Generally, in order to ferment litter, litter, rice straw, etc. for livestock production into compost, it is an essential condition to maintain a constant water content of 50 to 70% in the compost material throughout the ripening period. Therefore, if the water content is not within the range of the above ratio, fermentation is not smoothly promoted, so that water must be frequently supplied every day according to the degree of wetness of the compost material, etc.
It took a lot of time and labor to properly manage the water content.

By supplying a considerable amount of water and then allowing it to ripen, the problems described above could be solved all at once.

As a result, 50-70% of water which is indispensable for fermentation is retained.

After using it as a bedding for livestock, mix fine starch or granular starch polyacrylate as a highly water-absorbent resin in a weight ratio of 1/1200 and sprinkle a large amount of water on it at an appropriate temperature. By fermenting under the fermented condition, a fertilized compost was obtained with a much smaller number of water supply than in the past.

It may be about 1200, but in the case of highly dry rice straw, the lower limit of about 1/800 is preferable.

ある。That is, the reason why the comparison range of the super absorbent polymer is 1/800 to 1/1200 is that the number of water supply increases when the number is less than 1/800,
If it is more than 0, the water content will exceed 70%.

The fermentation is efficiently promoted so that the water content can be maintained, and at the same time, the number of times of water supply can be significantly reduced compared to the conventional method, which is an excellent effect that the labor of water management is significantly reduced. It is something that can be lost.
