【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は外断熱工法における外壁の仕上工法に関し、更
に詳しくは、水性反応硬化型樹脂を使用することによ
り、外断熱工法の断熱材である有機質系発泡体を保護
し、あらゆる建築仕上塗装材を自由に施工すること可能

泡体断熱材を使用している場合は、塗料中の溶剤による

することができず、一般に水性型エマルションペイント

体を使用するものが多く見られる。しかしながら該ポリ
スチレン発泡体の断熱材は耐溶剤性に劣る問題点があ

設けた断熱層の上に、水溶性又はエマルション型等の水
性反応硬化型樹脂層、例えばポリエーテル/ポリオー
ル、ポリエステル/ポリオール、ポリカーボネイト/ポ
リオールなどの水溶性ウレタン樹脂およびその変成ポリ
マーからなる耐溶剤シール層を塗付することを特徴と
し、該シール層が、化粧仕上層として用いられる建築用
溶剤型塗装材の溶剤成分を完全にシールし、有機質系発
泡体を保護し、あらゆる建築仕上塗装材を自由に施工す
ることを可能とする。なお耐溶剤シール層は、必要に応
じ適宜顔料、充填材、各種添加剤等を配合したものを用

に建築用塗装材を塗装する際に、溶剤系の塗装材を塗装
しても、ポリスチレン発泡体に何等悪影響を及ぼさない
