More specifically, a ventilation path is formed between the wall base consisting of main columns and studs and the wall body, and at the base part, a ventilation tree is formed so as to communicate with the outside air. The present invention relates to an outer wall structure which is constructed so that it can be constructed at low cost and in a short period of time for the purpose of removing the corrosion of the steel, prolonging its life by suppressing corrosion, and improving the appearance.

There is one in which a wall material 6 such as siding is directly arranged on the wall foundation 3 after the water drainer 5 having a deformed Z-shaped cross section is fixed so as to cover the batten 4. In addition, 7 is a foundation, 8 is an eaves roof board, 9 is a field board, and 10 is a nose cover board. In addition, a heat insulating material 11 made of glass wool or the like (partly omitted) is filled in the internal space of the wall formed by the base 1 of the wall base 3, the girder 2, and each pillar (stud). According to this outer wall structure,
Since the wall base material 3 and the wall material 6 are in close contact with each other, the moisture that has permeated from the room is not discharged and is stored inside the wall body, and dew condensation occurs due to a decrease or increase in the outside temperature.
No. 11 has become a "nure rag", which causes a decrease in heat insulation and also has a drawback that the durability of the wall is deteriorated. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 6 (b), for example, a vertical furring strip is arranged on the wall foundation 3 to form a gap 12 between the wall foundation 3 and the wall material 6,
A structure utilizing 12 as a ventilation path is gradually being constructed. However, since the foundation 7 usually projects outward from the base 1, the opening of the lower portion of the void 12 is insufficient, and there is a disadvantage that the function as a ventilation path cannot be fully utilized. In addition, when the outer surface of the foundation 7 is coated with lath material or mortar, there is a drawback that the lower opening of the void 12 is closed.

The present invention proposes an outer wall structure in which a space is formed between a V-shaped decorative surface and a surface in which a ventilation hole is formed and a ventilation path in the wall body can be reliably and sufficiently utilized. .

In the figure, 21 is a foundation made of concrete, 22 is a foundation
21 is a base, 23 is a pillar or stud standing on the base 22, 24 is a girder, 25 is a heat insulating material 25 filled in a space formed by the base 22, studs 23 and girders 24. 22, stud 23, girder 24,
A wall base 26 is formed from a heat insulating material 25 (partially omitted). Reference numeral 27 denotes an attachment body, which is composed of a vertical furring strip as shown in (b), or a horizontal furring strip (not shown) that is arranged so as to have a space, and fixes a wall member 35 described later. A ventilation path 28 that is continuous from the base 22 to the girder 24 is formed between the wall material 35 and the wall base 26 . 29 is a crossing wood and the cross-section deformation Z
It has a ventilation hole 30 which functions as a backup material for the water drain 31 and has a lower opening of the ventilation path 28. That is, as shown in FIG.
It is a prismatic column made of wood, various plastics, etc., or a rectangular pipe-shaped, C-shaped channel-shaped elongated body made of various plastics, metal, etc. (not shown), and has a plurality of ventilation holes 30. The ventilation hole 30 is a through hole that penetrates the batten 29, serves as a lower opening of the ventilation path 28, and serves to promote movement of air in the ventilation path 28. The drainer 31 is an elongated body having a Z-shaped cross section and has a back surface 32, an inclined surface 33, and a decorative surface 34 as shown in FIG. 2 (b). Here, regarding the dimensional relationship between the batten 29 and the drainer 31, the width of the batten 29 is W 1 , the height is h 1 , the width from the back surface 32 to the decorative surface 34 of the drainer 31 is W 2 , the decorative surface 34. Let h 2 be the height of W 1 <
There is a relationship of W 2 , h 1 ≦ h 2 . As shown in FIG. 1 (a), this is to cover the hit tree 29 with a drainer 31 so as not to be exposed to the outside so that rainwater does not come into contact with the hit tree 29, and the makeup of the hit tree 29 and the drainer 31 is applied. This is because a gap of ΔW is provided between the surface 34 and the surface to prevent the vent hole 30 from being blocked. Reference numeral 35 is a wall material, for example, a metal siding material as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) to (m), a ceramic siding material as shown in FIGS. 3 (n) to (p), an ALC panel, a mortar wall, etc. And is fixed to the mounting body 27. 36
Is a parting wall and functions as a decorative material in the eaves of the wall material 35. In addition, 37 is the eaves plate. When there is a void 38 between the wall material 35 and the eaves top plate 37 as shown in FIG. 1 (a), the air moving in the ventilation passage 28 is discharged from the void 38 to the outside. Although not shown, the ventilation passage 28 can be connected to the back of the hut.

A wall foundation 26 is formed by 22, studs 23, girders 24, and heat insulating material 25. Next, a vertical furring strip is fixed vertically as a mounting body 27 from the base 22 toward the girder 24. Next, at the bottom of the mounting body 27,
29 is fixed substantially horizontally and the ventilation hole 30 is fixed so as to be perpendicular to the wall base 26 . Next, the inclined surface 33 of the drainer 31 is placed on the upper part of the hit tree 29, and the back surface 32 is fixed to the attachment body 27 by a fixing tool. Next, as the wall material 35, for example, a metal siding material for horizontal lining is fixed to the mounting body from the base 22 toward the girder 24 to form the outer wall structure.
In the outer wall structure formed in this manner, the ventilation hole 30 that serves as a lower opening is provided in a direction perpendicular to the wall body, and even if the decorative material 21a is applied to the outer surface of the foundation 21, the opening can be surely secured. Since the air passage 28 can be fully utilized, dew condensation can be prevented and durability can be improved. Also,
The construction is almost the same as the conventional method and can be easily performed.
