Means for Solving the Problems As a means for solving the above problems, the present invention provides a floor base material of the aggregate block type in which a large number of blocks are collected by a flexible tray. Forming a communication partition chamber that traverses in the vertical or horizontal direction and opens at both ends, and accommodates a wiring or piping block having wiring or piping grooves on the surface in the communication partition chamber and opens the wiring or piping groove as described above. In the section, the wiring or piping for floor heating of adjacent floor substratum is connected to the above-mentioned wiring or piping groove, and while supporting the floor finishing material on the upper surface, wiring or piping in a suitable pattern directly below the floor finishing material in a suitable pattern. It was made possible.

Operation As described above, the wiring or piping block and other blocks are collected by the flexible tray, and a large number of floor bases are formed on the floor construction surface in a tray unit. Each of the above block groups is independent, but is self-adjusted by the flexibility of the tray, and is laid in conformity with the unevenness of the construction surface. Further, by laying a large number of the floor base materials, wirings or pipe grooves having a required pattern, which communicate with the adjacent floor base materials, are formed over the entire surface of the floor base surface or in a certain area. A hot water pipe, a heating wire or the like is used as the heat generating material.

That is, while accommodating blocks in independent partition chambers, a flexible partition is formed with a communication partition chamber that traverses the flexible tray in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction and is open at both ends, and the surface is formed in the communication partition chamber. Since the wiring or piping block having the wiring or piping groove provided therein is accommodated and the wiring or piping groove is configured to be continuous with the wiring or piping groove of the floor base material adjacent in the opening, No complicated processing is required to form a groove in the connecting portion of the partition chamber, and there is no problem that the position of the groove of the connecting portion is restricted when the wiring or piping groove between the blocks is communicated.

The present invention does not need to form a groove in advance in the connecting portion of each partition chamber, but simply inserts a small block or a long block having any wiring or wiring groove into the communication partition chamber.
A free pattern of wiring or piping grooves corresponding to wiring or piping can be formed, and the both ends of the tray are opened without being restricted by the outer peripheral wall of the flexible tray by the both end opening portions of the communication partition chamber. Since the wiring or piping groove can be formed, when a large number of floor laying materials are laid, it is possible to properly achieve continuity between the wiring or piping grooves of the adjacent floor lining material.
