2. Description of the Related Art Two conventional small-scale combined treatment septic tanks for home use are known: a separation contact aeration system and an anaerobic filter bed contact aeration system. The former separation contact aeration method has a structure in which sewage is temporarily stored in a storage unit, and substances with a high specific gravity and light substances are precipitated and separated, and then sewage is sent to a purification treatment tank (purification main treatment unit) with aerobic microorganisms. It is a thing. Also, the latter anaerobic filter bed contact aeration method allows sewage to flow directly into an anaerobic filter bed tank filled with a filter medium, decomposes filth with anaerobic microorganisms, and then purifies sewage with aerobic microorganisms. It has a structure to send it to the processing tank.

In this conventional small-scale combined treatment septic tank, the sewage is directly sent to the sedimentation separation tank or the anaerobic filter bed tank without changing the flow rate. On the other hand, kitchen water, water in the bathtub, and washing water also flow into the small-scale combined treatment septic tank as sewage. Therefore, the amount of sewage increases in the morning and evening hours, and a large amount of sewage temporarily flows into the purification main treatment unit / microorganism treatment tank, which exceeds its treatment capacity and impedes the microbial purification function. As a result, sewage is discharged without sufficient purification, and the quality of the discharged water is poor, resulting in an unstable condition. Also, close to this

In the present invention, sewage is separated by the screen tank, and substances having a large specific gravity such as sand, hair, rubber products, absorbent cotton and other non-dissolved substances are moved to the settling sewage tank, and finely divided by organic matter. Those that become dissolved pass through the screen and move to the adjustment tank. The soluble substance that has moved into the adjustment tank is temporarily stored here, and is transferred to the main purification unit by the quantitative water supply device. Therefore, since the amount of the soluble sewage sent to the purification main treatment unit is only an amount suitable for the treatment capacity, it can be treated in the optimum state by the purification main treatment unit and is discharged in a stable and high-quality state.

Substances having a large specific gravity such as sand that cannot be treated with microorganisms, hair, rubber products, absorbent cotton, and large lumps of waste that are not suitable for microbial treatment are sent to the adjusting tank in the settling waste tank and the screen tank. There is also no possibility that these will be sent to the purification main processing unit and their processing capacity will not be reduced.

Further , in the quantitative water supply device, pressurized air is intermittently sent from the air supply pipe into the inside of the cylinder to increase the air pressure in the airtight cylinder, push the waste water in the cylinder, and close the check valve by the pressure. , The sewage in the cylinder is sent to the water supply pipe, and the sewage is sent to the next purification main processing unit. The pump stops when the specified amount has been sent. Then, the air pressure in the cylinder decreases,
The place where dirty water in the adjusting tank is near the bottom through the opened check valve.
From flowing into the tubular body. By repeating this intermittently, a fixed amount of continuous water is supplied to the main purification unit. By this
Therefore, there is no rotation mechanism part and there is no clogging,
It is supposed that the wastewater in the preparation tank can be supplied in a fixed amount even at a low water level.
It Furthermore, the screen of the screen tank is inclined inward,
An air diffuser is installed at the base end of the air, and the air bubbles from here.
And bubbles can move along the screen surface.
And move the clogging component of the screen to
Reduces clogging and creates water support in the clean screen tank.
Up and evenly separate the sewage with a screen.
Move to the adjusting tank to remove insoluble substances, sand with large specific gravity, etc.
The material is transferred from the settling waste drop port to the settling waste tank and screened.
I try not to return to the tank.

Anaerobic filter bed tank 23. Storms and the like in wastewater shredded with a fine (2 mm) screen are stored in the filter bed, and at the same time, they are stabilized by decomposing organic substances in the presence of anaerobic bacteria. Let The anaerobic filter bed tank 23 is set as one tank because a fixed amount of dirty water is introduced by the fixed quantity water supply device 15 and the flow load is reduced and stabilized, and the honeycomb type contactor is filled in the tank at 60% or more of the effective capacity of the tank. Has been done. Also, the anaerobic filter bed tank 23 and the contact aeration tank 24

Contact aeration tank 24 Treated water from the anaerobic filter bed tank 23 enters the contact aeration tank 24 and supplies sufficient dissolved oxygen by aeration stirring to contact with the biofilm adhering to the contactor surface. Then, the organic matter in the wastewater is adsorbed and decomposed. As a result, the BOD removal rate is 90% or more,
The BOD is 20 ppm or less, and the overload in the tank due to the conventional fluctuation of the inflow time is eliminated by the flow rate adjusting tank, and high quality water can be stably obtained. An advection port is provided for naturally transferring partially exfoliated sludge generated with the growth of the biofilm by this reaction operation, and sewage in the tank where nitrification has advanced to the anaerobic filter bed tank 23 in the front stage and the precipitation tank 25 in the rear stage. Has been. The contact aeration tank 24 is filled with 55% or more of the contact material with respect to the effective capacity of the tank, and is provided with an aeration device and a backwash device.

Industrial Applicability As described above, according to the present invention, a screen tank separates sewage into a substance having a large specific gravity, an insoluble substance and a soluble substance, and a fixed amount of water is sent from an adjusting tank that stores the soluble substance. Since only a fixed amount is sent to the purification main treatment unit that performs microbial purification treatment by the device, even if the inflow of sewage changes, the purification main treatment unit will be sent the amount of sewage according to its treatment capacity. Maintains the treatment condition and can stably discharge high-quality wastewater. In addition, cylinders, check valves, water pipes,
By using a fixed quantity water supply device that intermittently supplies a fixed amount of water by an air supply pipe that sends air to the tubular body, it is possible to provide a small-scale combined treatment septic tank that has a small number of drive mechanisms, few failures, and is inexpensive.
