(Prior Art) Various types of enamel products with spotted patterns such as natural stone have been manufactured so far, but in the past, iron plates were made by glaze with pigments such as gray, brown and black in transparent frit. While striking gray, brown, and black stipple,
It was common to use white glaze with a transparent frit containing a white pigment or titanium glaze with a white pigment overlaid with white stipples. However, such a conventional product has a defect that it gives a feeling slightly different from that of natural stone because individual spots and boundaries are clearly shown.

(Means for Solving Problems) The present invention is an enamel product in which stipples of a plurality of colors are formed on upper surfaces of a lower glaze layer and an upper glaze layer formed on an iron plate, and at least one of those stipples. Is 10 ~
It is formed by a glaze containing 60 parts (parts by weight, the same below) of transparent frit, 40 to 70 parts of titanium frit, and 0 to 20 parts of pigment. Other stipples are transparent frit and pigment, or titanium. It is characterized by being formed by a glaze containing a frit and a pigment.

First, a lower glaze is glazed on the pretreated iron plate and fired. As the lower glaze, generally used frit for lower glaze and clay, silica stone powder, hydrated borax, sodium nitrite, etc. may be used, and the lower glaze layer is formed by glaze by spraying and firing It Next, the upper glaze layer is formed on the upper surface of the lower glaze layer. Top glaze is made by adding clay, bentonite, potassium chloride, aluminum fluoride, potassium fluoride, pigment, etc. to the frit for top glaze, and in the state of glaze applied by spraying and in the state of final firing, multiple color stipple is on its surface. Be struck. Stipples are pink, light brown, black, gray, yellow,
Although a plurality of types of glaze such as dark tea, for example, 2 to 5 types of glaze are overlaid, the greatest feature of the present invention is that at least one type of stipples has a transparent frit of 10 to 60 parts and 40 to 70 parts. Part of the titanium frit and 0 to 20 parts of the pigment, which is a glaze. Table 1 shows a composition example of such a transparent frit, Table 2 shows a composition example of white titanium frit, and Table 3 shows a composition example of a colored titanium frit.

Further, other stipples used in the present invention are those formed by a glaze containing a transparent frit and a pigment, or a titanium frit and a pigment as shown in these tables, and stipples of a plurality of these colors have an upper glaze. After being struck on the layer, it is baked together with the upper glaze layer.

According to the present invention, a stipple having a definite speckled pattern formed by a glaze consisting of a transparent frit and a pigment or a titanium frit and a pigment, a transparent frit, and a glaze containing a titanium frit at a predetermined ratio. The formed blurry stipple mixes on the upper glaze layer, resulting in a very natural stone appearance compared to conventional enamel products consisting only of stipple with well-defined boundaries. In the present invention, the ratio of the transparent frit and the titanium frit in the glaze that forms a blurry stipple has an important meaning. That is,
When the content of the transparent frit is less than 10 parts, the white color is too strong, and when it exceeds 60 parts, the boundary line is as sharp as the conventional product, and the blurry feeling peculiar to the present invention cannot be expressed. Similarly, if the content of titanium frit is less than 40 parts, the feeling of cloudy natural stone is insufficient, and if it exceeds 70 parts, the boundary line is too clear and the feeling peculiar to the present invention cannot be expressed. It should be noted that the pigment is added in the range of 0 to 20 parts, and if the pigment is set to zero, a cloudy color can be obtained, but if it exceeds 20 parts, the color tone becomes too strong and the appearance like a natural color is required. not appropriate.

Among the above glazes for stipples, pink, light tea,
Gray and yellow contain 10 to 60 parts of transparent frit and 40 to 70 parts of titanium frit, and black and dark brown are composed of transparent frit and pigment. These six types of glazes for stipples were glazed with a stipple gun on the upper glaze layer of Examples 1 to 4 shown in Table 4 according to the combination of the following Table 6, and then at 820 ° C for 3 minutes. As a result, there are spotted stipples in which the borders of pink, light brown, gray, and yellow, which are composed of frit containing transparent frit and titanium frit, are blurred, and clear black and dark brown of the border that is composed only of transparent frit and pigment. Stipple was mixed on the upper glaze layer, and an enamel product with an appearance very close to natural stone could be obtained.

(Effect of the invention) As is apparent from the above description, the present invention makes it possible to blur a boundary line by combining a stipple formed by a glaze containing a transparent frit and a titanium frit in a predetermined ratio with a normal stipple. It succeeded in obtaining an enamel product having a pattern similar to that of natural stone. Especially when it is used for interior decoration of buildings, etc., it is possible to produce the texture as when using natural stone. Therefore, the present invention greatly contributes to the industry by solving the problems of the conventional enamel products of this type.
