TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a house in which durability and habitability (temperature and humidity) of a house are improved, energy saving is achieved, and deterioration of a heat insulating material is prevented. Is. In particular, by connecting the space between the inside and outside walls of the house, the space behind the hut, the space under the floor, and the room space to form the same circulation path, the entire space has the same temperature,
In addition to keeping humidity, a natural air cycle with a compulsory factor added to one of the dehumidifiers, heat exchangers, and blowers makes it easy to live in all seasons, that is, cool in summer, warm in winter, and rainy season The present invention relates to a house in which the safety can be visually confirmed by displaying the data of the space so that the user can comfortably spend time in the house, and a control box for controlling to an optimum environment is provided.

However, in the air cycle house having the conventional structure, as in the winter, summer, and rainy season, only a limited room is heated, so that the air cycle in the entire house cannot be reliably generated. This is because only one room in the house is humidified on the inside wall and ceiling of the house and the shoji on the corridor side, and only the internal space in this part rises in temperature, etc., which is the driving force that causes the air cycle of the entire house. However, when the temperature rises to a certain height on the wall surface, it is reduced by other air, resulting in dew condensation water at that position. Of course, since the stove, etc. is on the floor, the air cycle space in the vicinity has the disadvantage of immediate dew condensation due to contact between the low temperature from the base and high-humidity humidified air. There was a drawback that it deteriorated. Furthermore, the hot air of temperature and humidity that has penetrated from the ceiling comes into contact with the cool air in the attic, and there is the disadvantage that dew condensation does not occur and heat is generated in the attic. Furthermore, in conventional air cycle houses, the temperature and humidity of each space were not displayed, and the occupants controlled the opening and closing of the underfloor ventilation openings and the on-off of the attic ventilation fan appropriately, so harmful gas from the stove was generated. Since the relationship between temperature and humidity was also adjusted by feeling, there was a defect that safety was not confirmed and economical operation was lacking. In addition, when the whole space was closed, fresh air was not taken in.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention has a temperature and humidity sensor in the whole space of the house, a sensor including a harmful gas detector in the indoor space, heat exchange by a heat exchanger arranged in the attic space, and supply of fresh air. Propose a house that has a safer living environment and a durable structure, and that can be controlled by residents so that they can visually check various data and conditions of the house to live with peace of mind. It is a thing.

An embodiment of a house according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing only a main part of a house according to the invention, 1 is a roof, 2 is an outer wall, 3 is an inner wall, 4 is a partition wall, 5 is a floor, 6 is a floor on the second floor, and 7 is Ground, 8 base, 9 underfloor space, 10 inner and outer wall space, 11 partition space, 12 attic space, 13 and 14 room space, 15 underfloor ventilation opening, 16 attic ventilation opening, 17 at Ventilation openings for the room spaces 13 and 14 provided on the inner wall 3, 18 for intake and exhaust openings provided between the room space 14 and the attic space 12, 20 for an underfloor ventilation opening / closing lid, 21 for an attic ventilation fan, and 22 for Auxiliary ventilation fan, 23 is an air shutter, 24
Is a heat exchanger, 25 and 26 are air flow paths, and 27 is a sensor for measuring temperature and humidity, which is attached to the sensor to detect harmful gas, smoke and the like. 28 is a control box that displays the temperature and humidity with a built-in computer, and opens / closes, turns ON / OFF each part according to the set values as appropriate. Either, 29 is closed space, 30
Are clean heaters, fan heaters, stoves, etc. that are easy to carry. More specifically, the closed space 29 is composed of an underfloor space 9, an inner and outer wall space 10, a partition space 11, an attic space 12, room spaces 13 and 14, a space 9a between the first floor ceiling and the second floor,
Moreover, it is an airtight communication space that is indispensable for generating forced natural convection at the same time as causing natural convection in the communication space of the entire house.

Next, the flow of air in the present invention and the operating condition of each device will be briefly described. FIG. 1 shows the state of flowing in the indoor space during the summer and FIG. All of the underfloor ventilation ports 15 are opened, and the outside air is sent to the closed space 29, which air-cycles to the attic space 12, thereby providing a cool room. In winter, as shown in FIG. 2, the air in the underfloor space 9 is sent to the heat exchanger 24 installed in the attic space 12, and fresh air is supplied from the pipe 26 to the heat exchanger 24. Air is discharged to the outside through the heat exchanger 24. In this case, the heat exchanger 24 applies the warm energy from the underfloor space 9 to the fresh outside air to release the fresh, heat-exchanged warm air to the attic space 12, and mix it with the hot air in the attic space 12. The air whose temperature has dropped due to is lowered in the direction of the arrow. Moreover, all these spaces are measured by sensors such as temperature and humidity, and the control box 28 turns each device on and off based on these data.
