ボードで挟んで固着してなる石膏サンドイッチパネルで
あり、これらのパネルは軽量鉄骨下地に取付部材により
同一方向から取り付けられてなることを特徴とする新規
な中空間仕切壁、及び(2)Z型鋼又はリップZ型鋼の
スタッドよりなる軽量鉄骨下地の片面に取付部材により
一方向からパネルを取りつけ、ついで他面にパネルを取
付け部材により前記と同一方向から取り付ける方法であ
り、かつパネルの少なくとも一つは金属板を2枚の石膏
ボードで挟んで固着してなる石膏サンドイッチパネルで
あることを特徴とする新規な中空間仕切壁の組立方法で
ある。

壁面で問題であった隣戸間界壁に対する防犯上の心理的
不安も解消することができる。更に、本発明の中空間仕
切壁においてはタッピングネジ等の取付部材を石膏サン
ドイッチパネルに貫通させる必要がなく、そのため火災
に際して間仕切壁の片面から他面へと取付部材を伝わっ
て熱が移動することがなく、耐火性も向上する。もちろ
ん中空間仕切壁の中空部には配線、配管を容易に通すこ
とができ、建築工期を短縮できる。
