るヒンジ部である。そして上部キャビネット9および下
部キャビネット11はそれぞれヒンジ部10の直径の約半分
の厚さを有している。12はヒンジ部10の回動軸となる電
池収納パイプで、一端が塞がれており、この中に電池13
が収納されている。電池収納パイプ12は電池13が収納可
能な範囲で直径ができる限り小さい方が望ましい。また
電池収納パイプ12の一端には電池13の一方の端子と接続
されるスプリング端子14が取付られている。15は電池蓋
であり、電池収納パイプ12の開口端に直脱自在にはめ合
され、電池13の他方の端子と接続される端子が取り付け
られている。そしてスプリング端子14および電池蓋15に
設けられた端子は、それぞれ上部キャビネット9および
下部キャビネット11内に設けられた電子回路に接続され
ている。16はスピーカー、17はダイヤルキー等の操作
部、18はマイクロホンである。そしてスピーカー16、操
作部17、マイクロホン18の構成については一般的である

しなくてもよいため、それぞれのキャビネット厚さを電
池の直径より小さくすることが出来、上部キャビネット
と下部キャビネットの厚さの和を電池の直径とほぼ同一
にすることができ、折り畳んだ時に薄い厚みでしかも不
用意な操作をすることのない折りたたみ式電気機器を提
