[Prior Art] A corrugated tube is a tube having high flat strength and excellent flexibility in a bending direction. As a technique for connecting the corrugated pipes, as shown in FIG. 2, the corrugated pipes 22 and 22 are inserted from both directions into a pipe joint 21 having a stopper 21a at the center of the inner surface of the cylindrical body, and an adhesive is used. The method of fixing is common. However, with this method, it is necessary to prepare the above-mentioned pipe joint in addition to the corrugated pipe at the construction site. Therefore, a corrugated pipe that does not require a pipe joint is demanded from the viewpoints of simplification of parts management and improvement of efficiency in on-site work. In the connection structure of FIG. 2, the flatness of the joint differs from that of the central portion of the pipe, and the flexibility in the bending direction is significantly impaired, which is a serious obstacle in the arrangement of the corrugated pipe.

[PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a corrugated pipe which can be connected without a pipe joint and which has high flexibility and flatness of a joint portion. It is what

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention that achieves the above object is a smooth tube having a corrugated shape over the entire length including the expanded diameter receiving portion and an outwardly folded portion at one end. The gist of the present invention is that it is inserted into the inner surface of the expanded diameter receiving portion.

[Operations and Examples] The first of the present inventors is to provide the corrugated tube with the receiving portion.
Set a goal and one side of corrugated pipe (both sides if necessary)
I thought about making an expanded diameter part. Therefore, a corrugated pipe 11 was developed in which the corrugated portion was left as a smooth portion without being shaped, and the smooth portion was expanded to form a receiving portion 12 (Fig. 3). However, since the smooth receiving part 12 of the corrugated pipe is thinned due to the diameter expansion, and the flat strength is remarkably reduced as compared with the center part of the corrugated pipe and the attached insertion part, information communication that requires particularly high safety. When used as a protective tube for cables, there is a problem in that the length of the smooth receiving part cannot be increased (for a nominal diameter of 75, the allowable length is about 110 mm).
In addition to the fear of slipping out during an earthquake, there is a risk of damage due to earth pressure load, and it has been found that there is a problem in that more attention needs to be paid when handling such as transportation and storage loading. In addition, there is a problem in flexibility in the bending direction. Therefore, the inventors of the present invention considered that it is necessary to perform corrugation on the enlarged diameter receiving portion 12 in order to maintain the flat strength, and developed the corrugated tube of the present invention.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which the corrugated expansion receiving portion 1a is used.
A smooth tube 2 having an outward folded portion 2a formed on one side is inserted therein by a method such as pressure bonding, adhesion, and fusion bonding. Further, a sealant 3 is enclosed between the folded-back portion 2a and the pipe end of the corrugated expanded diameter receiving portion 1a, and a ring-shaped packing 4 is mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the corrugated insertion portion. In addition, it has a structure that enhances the sealing performance when joining the corrugated pipe. Therefore, the corrugated pipe joint of the present invention has a high flatness strength because the corrugated pipe is double formed.
The bellows structure of the corrugated pipe can also maintain flexibility. However, since it is difficult to join the rubber ring when there is no smooth portion at the joining position, a smooth tube is inserted in the expanded diameter receiving portion.
As a typical example of the corrugated body according to the present invention, the nominal diameter is
A corrugated tube having a diameter of 75φ and a smooth tube having a thickness of 2.7 mm or less can be used.

By the way, when the present inventors conducted a flatness test at each position of the joint using the vinyl chloride resin corrugated pipe in the jointed state shown in FIG. 3, it was found that the maximum strain occurred not in the smooth receiving portion. It was clarified that it was the inner peripheral surface of the trough where packing was attached to the mouthpiece. Therefore, in the corrugated tube of the present invention in which the expanded diameter receiving portion is formed in a corrugated shape to improve the flat strength, the smooth tube has a thickness that allows the insertion portion to be joined to the inner surface thereof. It is desirable that the thin portion is formed from the viewpoint that flexibility at the joint portion is not impaired. Therefore, the thickness of the smooth tube is preferably 3.5 mm or less regardless of the diameter and thickness of the corrugated tube.
