(Technical Problem) By the way, in the case of filling and packaging the contents containing a liquid by the above-mentioned device, there is a problem that the liquid remains inside due to the capillary phenomenon in the usual method even if the tubular body is sandwiched from both sides. When the heat-sealing with a plurality of lines is performed on the portion where the liquid remains, the liquid remains between the sealed lines, and there is a defect that the liquid oozes out at the time of separation.

If a strip-shaped so-called solid seal is used instead of the line seal,
Since there is no escape area for liquid, it becomes foamed by heating, significantly impairing aesthetics and at the same time reducing the strength of the seal.
In addition, due to poor heat dissipation, a threading phenomenon occurs in which resin adheres to the blade during cutting work, resulting in a reduction in work efficiency and quality.

On the other hand, when the heat-sealing member was replaced with one having a quadric surface, although it was not as flat as a flat seal, a slight bubbling phenomenon remained and the stringing phenomenon in the cutting operation did not disappear. After all, these problems are caused by the solid seal by high temperature heat seal, and it is considered that the problem always occurs when high temperature seal is performed in a state where the liquid content on the inner surface of the bag remains above a certain amount.

An exemplary filling and packaging machine for carrying out the method of the present invention is shown in FIGS.
As shown in the figure, a roll R of a film and a sheet having a heat-welding property is built in the machine body 1, is drawn out to the upper part of the front surface of the machine body, and is almost inverted by the guide plate 2 to serve also as a means for filling the contents. The tubular body R'is wrapped around the tubular guide body 3 and the heat-sealing portion 4 welds the both side ends together.
Has the function of molding. Further, the tubular body R'is sealed at regular intervals while removing the liquid of the content N containing the liquid in the tubular body along the path for supplying the tubular body R'from the front upper part to the lower portion, and the packaged product is obtained. A liquid excluding seal mechanism R "is provided.

In the flattening step I, when the tubular body R ′ moves downward along its supply path, the tubular body R ′ is sandwiched from both front and rear sides at the normal stop position of the packaging machine shown in FIG. Then add pressure. As a result, the tubular body R ′ is pressed by the atmospheric pressure to keep the flat state in which the liquid content of the content N remains in the form of a thin film and the both surfaces are combined. As the flattening means, a means which can press both sides of the tubular body R'and which can be brought into contact with and separated from the tubular body is used. Especially, when the rotating rolls 5 and 6 are used, scratches are not generated. It is ideal because the feeding action is smooth.

The liquid removing step II is a step of further pressurizing the seal portion of the flattened tubular body R ′ to reduce the liquid remaining inside as much as possible and to bring the resin on both surfaces into close contact (fourth).
Figure). In order to remove the liquid, it is not sufficient to concentrate the pressure with a strong pressing force in the width direction of the cylindrical body R ', and it is necessary to provide an escape area for the liquid. This is the reason why in the present invention, the liquid is pushed up and down around the pressing portion. In order to carry out this pressing method, it is necessary to use at least one member having a cylindrical curved surface. One example is to make an arc contact a flat surface. With this combination, the width of the contact surface changes when the flat surface side is made of an elastic material and the elasticity and pressure are changed. The width of the seal can also be adjusted or set.

In the temporary sealing step III, the pressure-applied portion from which the liquid has been removed is heated at a temperature in the vicinity of the minimum temperature at which the resin forming the tubular body can be welded, and may be a solid seal or a line seal. It is preferable to use a solid seal in this step because of the relationship with the main seal described later. This is because it is easy to obtain the required seal strength even at low temperatures, and even if a very small amount of liquid remains between the resins, it does not foam. The first filling of the tubular body with the liquid-containing contents N is performed after completion of the temporary sealing. It is best to perform the temporary sealing at the same time as the liquid removal described above, and since the seal part from which the liquid has been removed is heated at a low temperature as much as possible, it does not cause any abnormalities in the seal part. can get.

The main sealing step IV is a step in which the temporary sealing portion is heated and welded at a regular temperature (set temperature). The interval between this step and the previous step III is the height of the packaged product R ″, that is, the upper seal from the lower seal. The lengths of the seals are separated. The tubular body R'is moved from the temporary seal to the position of the main seal by the length described above, but both sealing operations can be performed simultaneously at the respective positions (Fig. 4). Thus, the tubular body R'is intermittently transferred downward for each length of the packaged product R ". This seal is preferably a line seal, as opposed to a solid seal of a temporary seal, which increases the seal strength and improves the appearance.

The cutting step V is a step of separating the upper main sealing portion of the packaged product R ″ whose lower and upper portions are main sealed in the width direction to form one product. The cutting is a solid seal when the line seal is the main seal. As a result, a clean cut surface is obtained without the influence of heat, and liquid bleeding does not occur.

At the same time as the cutting step V is completed, the next upper temporary sealing step III can also be completed (FIGS. 4 and 5), and the following contents are filled in the tubular body above the temporary sealing,
Therefore, the load is applied to the temporary seal portion. Therefore, if a measure is taken to partially bear the load (Fig. 5 VI), it is possible to protect the temporary seal part that is difficult to cool and is in an unstable state from the internal pressure that accompanies the flattening, especially when filled with a high-temperature liquid, In addition, it is possible to stabilize the internal capacity.

The tip of the tubular body has reached at least the temporary seal portion 10 in advance, on the other hand, the curved surface pressure portion 11 and the elastic pressure portion 12 are closed,
Pressure is applied to both sides to bring the resin on both sides into close contact. At this time, if the contents N are contained, the liquid is pushed up and down from the center of the pressing portion in accordance with the pressing force of the curved surface pressing portion 11 and the elastic pressing portion 12, and the resin on both sides and the resin have a constant seal. At the width of the heater, it adheres with almost no liquid, and at the same time, the heater 13
Heats up and heats the entire surface of this contact portion at a temperature lower than the set temperature (Fig. 4). At almost the same timing as this, the bag restricting plates 7 and 8 approach both sides of the tubular body R ', the ironing rolls 5 and 6 open, and the contents containing the liquid start to flow in, and then both sealing means 10, 20 open back and forth (5th
Figure).

The liquid that has flowed in is supported by the bag restricting plates 7 and 8 on both sides of the tubular body, and the amount of contents to be filled is adjusted by adjusting the supporting position and the height positions of the ironing rolls 5 and 6. This adjustment may be performed once for the same product. As described above, when the regulating plates 7 and 8 are in an unstable state immediately after the temporary sealing, they protect the temporary sealing portion (bottom) from the internal pressure and hot contents generated by the closing operation of the ironing roll.

Next, the ironing rolls 5 and 6 are closed to start feeding the tubular body R ', and at the same time, the bag regulating plates 7 and 8 are opened (Fig. 6), and the tubular body R'is stopped at the position fed by the length of the bag. Yes (Third
Figure). At this time, the portion that has been temporarily sealed moves to the main sealing step IV, and the temporary sealing step III has a new unsealed portion of the tubular body R ′. The temporarily sealed portion is sandwiched between the front and rear by the wire seal portion 22 and the elastic receiving portion 25 of the main sealing means 20, and the main seal heater 23 generates heat in a linear fashion by heat generation. A temporary seal is performed at the same time as this main seal, which is the same as that described at the beginning, and the above steps are repeated.

(Effect) Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, it is possible to effectively remove the liquid from the seal portion when the tubular body is filled with and packed with the content containing the liquid. ,
Since the temporary sealing at a temperature lower than the set temperature is performed on the portion where the liquid is sufficiently removed, even if the temporary sealing portion is provided with the solid seal, the foaming phenomenon does not occur at all.

The main sealing is performed on the temporarily sealed portion in this manner. At this stage, heat welding at the set temperature can be performed without any anxiety, and the strength of the seal becomes perfect. Such a two-stage seal allows, for example, a temporary seal to be a solid seal and a main seal to be a line seal, so that the aesthetic appearance of the seal portion is improved, but depending on conditions, slight foaming may occur in the high temperature seal. It doesn't have to be. However, according to the present invention, since the temporary sealing portion between the sealing lines can be cut, even if something happens, the cut surface is clean and there is no fear of liquid bleeding.
