DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to an electrostatic electrodeposition type electrostatic precipitator in which electric shock is prevented by quickly eliminating residual charges when removing a dust collecting element to prevent electric shock. The present invention relates to a protection device, and more particularly to the electric shock protection device suitable for being applied to a ceiling-embedded electrostatic precipitator.

(Prior Art) An electrostatic type electrostatic precipitator that collects dust by electrostatic electrodeposition after charging dust floating in the air must be removed and cleaned or replaced because the dust collecting part must be taken out. It has a structure that can be put in and taken out almost.

By the way, since a high voltage is applied to the anode side of the dust collection part that is put in and taken out in this way and there is a residual charge, as a measure to prevent the risk of being hit by electric shock when taking out, the dust collector body is conventionally used. When the lid is opened, the short-circuit mechanism works in tandem with this to remove the residual charge.
No. 29657, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-261561), a device for connecting a self-discharge resistor in parallel to a high voltage power supply circuit of a dust collector to quickly discharge when the operation is stopped (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-20692), etc. Safety devices have been proposed.

However, since the safety device proposed in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 45-29657 only makes contact between both electrodes due to its own weight, the contact itself is unstable and there is still a risk of being shocked by electric charges when the dust collecting part is taken out. In addition, JP-A-60-2615
The safety devices proposed in Japanese Patent No. 61 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-20692 have sufficient functions in that discharge can be performed instantaneously when the dust collecting part is a parallel plate type and has a structure with low capacitance and inductance. However, if the dust collecting part has a structure in which the anode is molded with an insulator and is placed close to the dust collecting plate and overlapped, operation is stopped because dielectric polarization occurs in the insulator during dust collecting operation. Even after that, the residual charge does not disappear for a long time, so even after taking out the short circuit between the anode and the dust collecting plate on the main body side, there is residual charge on the surface of the anode even if the dust collecting part is taken out, It was found that a high voltage was generated between the anode and the dust collecting plate due to this effect, and that an electric shock was often received.

Moreover, recently, as shown in FIG. 6, it is installed in the back of the ceiling, and its both ends are exposed to the opening of the ceiling plate so that the suction port (22) and the air outlet (2
In the air duct (21) formed in 3), a dust collector unit (24) as an air cleaner and a cooler unit (25) are installed in series from the windward side, and the dust collector unit (24) is pre-installed. The filter (26), the electrostatic electrodeposition type dust collecting element (27) and a high voltage generator (not shown) are housed in the main body casing (28), while the cooler unit (2
5) Casing (3) for fan (29) and cooler (30)
1) The room air that is housed inside and sucked in through the suction port (22) is cleaned by collecting dust in the dust collector unit (24), and then cooled to a predetermined temperature by the cooler unit (25) and blown out. From (23), a so-called ceiling-embedded type has been proposed, in which cold air is blown out into the room so that the air conditioning in the room can be covered, but in this type,
The electric dust collector that is the dust collector unit usually has a plurality of dust collecting elements (27) connected to each other as shown in the figure. When taking out the dust collecting element (27), the dust collecting element (27) is pulled out to the side in the connected state. It is not suitable for applying the safety device that operates in conjunction with opening and closing of the lid as described above.

Therefore, the applicant of the present invention focused on the above-mentioned problems and further studied to improve the problems, and short-circuited the anode and the dust collecting electrode plate in association with the taking out to the dust collecting part itself having a structure capable of putting in and out. I proposed to equip the gain switch.
(Japanese Patent Application No. 1-117977) (Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the switch according to the above proposal, it can be said that electric shock can be prevented by interlocking with the removal of the dust collecting element.
It has a surface which is not yet sufficient for application in an electrostatic precipitator including a plurality of dust collecting elements embedded in the ceiling as described above.

The positional relationship between the earth switch lever (16) and the earth switch guide (18) is that when the element is slid in the connecting direction and is put in and out, each earth switch lever (1
Each ground switch lever (16) is provided so that 6) passes through different parts of the housing part (2), and the earth switch guide (18) is provided on the inner wall of the element housing part (2) corresponding to the ground switch lever (16). ) Are respectively provided, and the positions of the earth switch lever (16) and the earth switch guide (18) in the dust collecting element (1) on the left side of the figure are higher than those in the dust collecting element (1) on the right side of the figure, respectively. It is in the position.

(Effects of the Invention) In the present invention, as described above, the contactor that comes into contact with and separates from the high-voltage connection terminal and the earth switch lever that rotates the contactor are installed in the dust collecting element and the earth switch guide is housed in the element. The ground switch lever is attached to and removed from the ground switch guide when the dust collection element is taken in and out. In the state where the contactor is pulled out from the element accommodating portion of the main body casing and separated, the contactor is joined to the high-voltage connecting terminal, thereby rapidly discharging the residual charge and neutralizing the charge. A highly safe electrostatic precipitator can be obtained.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the earth switch lever is provided so that each earth switch lever passes through a different portion of the accommodating portion when the element is slid into and out of each of the plurality of dust collecting elements, while the earth switch guide is provided. Since it is provided corresponding to this, there is an effect that when the dust collecting element is pulled out, the remaining electric charges can be surely completely discharged to each without engaging with the other earth switch levers.
