法に関するものである。

は、第2図に示すように、所定の色に染色された素材単
板20の片面にロールコータ21にて接触剤を塗布したの
ち、その複数枚を一対の凹凸型22,23内に積層し圧締接
着して集成フリッチ24を成形し、これを積層面に交差す
る方向からスライス刃25でスライスして化粧単板26を得
るものである。この化粧単板26の板面には天然樹種(檜
等)に近似した木目模様が造出され、天然感、自然感が
付与される。

る外層部に前記単板と同質のダミー単板を配置しスチー
ミング染色することを特徴とするものである。

板3を配置し、この状態で蒸気釜内に投入した。つい
で、スチーミング温度95〜100℃で2時間スチーミング
を行った。その結果、単板にはいずれも色むらの発生は
認められなかった。
