ような定量供給装置による定量供給精度を向上させるた
めに,装置自体を小型化および精密化することが行われ
ている。しかし,定量供給装置を小型化および精密化す
るためには,高度な製作技術を要し,また,粉粒体が貯
留されるホッパー等の容器から小型化された供給装置に
粉粒体を連続して安定的に供給することが容易でないと
