[Prior Art] Conventionally, a label manufacturing machine supplies a label base paper to which a label original is pasted to a printing unit from a paper feed unit equipped with an automatic feeding device, and then prints on the label original and performs die-cutting. Which is performed at the same time, or after printing on the original, it is fed to the die-cut section, the die-cut section performs die-cutting according to the label shape, and then the residue-removal section attaches the residue-label section to the label. It was divided into base paper, the scrap portion was fed to the scrap winding portion, and the label raw paper to which the printed label original was stuck was fed to the sheet cutting portion, and the sheet was cut into a predetermined number of sheets (for example, Matsuo Takada). Therefore, when printing a label, it is necessary to change the die for each one according to the shape and size of the label. The change of the die has the problems that it cannot withstand the complexity and remarkably hinders the working efficiency particularly in the case of small-lot production.

In addition, the die is manufactured each time with a Thomson blade, etc. according to the shape and size of the label, so do not put it in the print until the die is released, and if the die is damaged during printing, a new die will be created. However, there was a problem that printing had to be interrupted. Particularly, in the case of a complicated label shape, there is a problem that processing is required due to the complicated shape, manufacturing days are required, and the label is easily damaged due to its structure.

Further, in the computer label, the holes for feeding the label manuscript must be provided in series at symmetrical positions on both sides of the label base paper, but when the bonding glue on the back surface of the label manuscript makes holes when the label base paper is punched. If the glue sticks to the needle and the glue sticks to it, the hole diameter collapses, or the glue remains on the label original or backing paper, and when the label base paper is wound around the winder and wound up, it will stick to other label originals or backing paper. However, there is a problem of product loss or loss of product value. Therefore, conventionally, it is necessary to interrupt label printing many times and wipe glue around the perforating needle, resulting in There was a problem of reducing production efficiency.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present invention has been made from the above point of view, and an object of the present invention is to provide a flow of label originals when manufacturing rectangular labels having various shapes and sizes. By making cuts and perforations at predetermined positions such as both ends along the direction at the cutting part, while performing work such as debris removal at the debris removal part, and by inserting a cut intersecting with the previous cut and perforation at the die cutting part, Even if the shape and size of the label change, you can adjust the cutting blade in the die cutting section each time and adjust the cutting blade to the specified position in the feed pitch of the label base and the cutting section. The present invention aims to greatly improve work efficiency by easily and continuously manufacturing a label or a plurality of labels with one pitch if necessary with a small number of work steps. In addition, it is not necessary to prepare various cutting blades according to the shape and size of the label as in the conventional art, and therefore, it is possible to effectively utilize the factory area without the need for a large-capacity cutting blade warehouse as in the conventional art. It is possible to improve production efficiency and economic efficiency. Also, when manufacturing computer labels, the label manuscript coated with the pasting glue in the part that forms the perforated label paper is removed as scraps, so the work of wiping the glue around the perforation needle is not necessary, and the work is reduced accordingly. It is to improve the production efficiency of computer labels, which has high product value without product loss, as well as the efficiency.

A holding member (10 ') that holds and holds the cutting blade (9) is rotatably attached to the cutter bar (10). Adjustment of the cutting part (11) during operation is adjusted according to the shape and size of the label, the required number of cutting blades (9) are arranged at predetermined positions and adjusted to the depth of cuts, and then the holding member. (Ten')
Fix it to the cutter bar (10) with screws or the like. FIG. 3 shows an example of the cut (7) on the label original (3) and the perforation (8) penetrating to the mount (4) when processed under the conditions of FIG. Show. When printing a large number of labels at the same pitch, if a perforation that penetrates to the backing paper is inserted between the plurality of labels, the label base paper does not swing during printing, and work efficiency can be improved. Incidentally, FIG. 3 shows a case where two labels are printed at the same pitch. In this case, each label has a sheet cut part (23).
Before entering, the sheet may be cut along the perforation (8) and then cut into sheets, or may be rolled without passing through the sheet cutting portion. The label base paper on which the cuts and the like have been made is then removed by the dust removing section (13), and is sent to the next printing section (2) for printing. still,
The dust removing section (13) may be provided after the printing section depending on the product content. FIG. 4 is a sheet label obtained by removing the perforations (8) on both sides of the center of the label base paper (5) and both sides of the base paper (5). In FIG. 5, the center of the label base paper (5). A perspective view of a sheet label in which a notch (7) is inserted in a portion and both sides of the base paper (5) are scraped off is illustrated. When used as a computer label, a hole is punched in both sides of the label base paper (5) where the glued residue has been removed, and the label base paper is printed. Next, the die cut portion (14) will be described with reference to FIG. The die cutting part (14) is provided with a cutting blade (16) on the upper mold (15) so as to intersect with the flow direction of the label base paper (5), and the lower mold (17) has a predetermined size. Receiving (18)
Is provided and configured. The upper and lower dies (15) move up and down intermittently to make cuts (24) in the label original (3). The extraction blade (16) is provided by fixing a long one to the upper die (15) such as vertically. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, a short cutting blade (20) and another cutting blade, for example, a medium cutting blade (21) fixed to the cutting blade holding member (19) at each feed pitch. Depending on the number of label originals, a plurality of may be provided side by side. The hollow (25) label shown in FIG. 9 can be easily manufactured only by combining the upper mold shown in FIG. 7 and the lower mold shown in FIG.
The same is true when the front and rear of the punching blades (20) and (21) are changed.
Further, depending on the label, the upper mold and the lower mold may be interchanged and used. Conventionally, according to the shape and size of the label,
Each die was separately planted with a Thomson blade or the like in a resin plate to produce a die, and the die and the blade receiving portion were used by being fixed to the upper die and the lower die with a double-sided adhesive tape or the like. At this time, it requires considerable skill to accurately fix the die to the upper die at a predetermined position. The reason for this is that if the die-releasing position is not good, the printed part will have a break, and the product will have no commercial value. Also, if a part of the die is missing, a new die must be made, and the work must be interrupted during that time.
The present invention is very easy to correct and fix the upper mold because only one long punching blade or a short one is machined into a die. It can be easily replaced by something. In addition, even if the label has a complicated shape, the cutting blade is divided so that it can be manufactured and repaired as before.
It can be performed quickly and easily because it is not processed in one die in a complicated manner. The punching blade receiver (18) is made of a lower paperboard or the like according to the size and shape of the label original. The blade receiving member (18) is fixed to the blade receiving plate (22) or directly fixed to the lower die (17) and locked. Further, a complicated label shape can be easily dealt with by disposing a punching blade and a punching blade receiver, which are obtained by disassembling each shape, for each feed pitch in a pair in the upper die and the lower die. When perforation-like so-called surface cracking is required, it can be easily obtained by replacing the punching blades 16, 20, 21 with uneven blades. Although the cutting unit (11) and the dust removing unit (13) are installed between the paper feeding unit (1) and the printing unit (2) here, some printing machines may use the printing unit (2). The object of the present invention can be achieved even if it is provided between the die cut portion (14) and the die cut portion (14) or between the die cut portion (14) and the sheet cut portion (23).

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION By using the label manufacturing machine having the above-described configuration, it is possible to perform die-cutting in accordance with various conventional label shapes (elongated rectangles, squares, parallelograms such as rhombuses) and sizes, each time. It is not necessary to manufacture each of them, and prepare a cutting blade (9) and a cutting blade (16) as shown in the schematic view of FIG. Etc. can be easily manufactured. In addition, when manufacturing computer labels, etc., since the label original coated with the pasting glue in the portion forming the perforated label base paper is removed as scraps, the work of wiping the glue around the perforating needle is not necessary. The workability can be significantly improved and the product yield can be improved.
