As disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-145975, as such a floor structure, a floor panel having a large number of beads protruding upward is formed into a curved surface protruding downward, and the upper surface portion of each bead is formed. There is known a configuration in which the radius of curvature is set to be larger than the radius of curvature of the curved surface so as to be substantially as close to a plane as possible.

This leads to wasteful reduction of the coating liquid in the tank 3.

At the same time, it is necessary to close the hole after painting is completed. The need for the opening step and the closing step is not preferable because the manufacturing process is complicated.

A floor panel having an outer end portion and an inclined surface portion connecting the central portion and both outer end portions is provided, and a plurality of beads extending downward in the vehicle width direction and formed downward are formed on the inclined surface portion. A groove that extends downward in the front-rear direction is formed at the outer end portion in the vehicle width direction, and the outer end in the vehicle width direction of each bead is communicated with the groove portion.

By forming a bead and connecting the bead to the groove formed in the vehicle front-rear direction at both outer ends, in the electrodeposition coating process, the coating liquid flows downward in the bead to enter the groove, As the conveyor moves, it moves inside the groove toward the rear of the vehicle and falls outward from the rear end of the vehicle. For this reason, the vehicle body is not discharged while the unnecessary coating liquid remains on the beads on the upper surface of the floor panel. Therefore, it is preferable that the coating liquid in the coating tank is not wastefully reduced.

The coating liquid penetrates and complete coating of the concave portion can be performed. For this reason, it is possible to eliminate rust on the unpainted portion, and it is possible to perform rational and reliable coating.

The inclined surface portion 16a of the convex portion 16 on the front side of the vehicle body is formed to have a gentle inclination. Further, the inclined surface portion 15a of the groove portion 15A on the rear side of the vehicle body also needs to be gently inclined.

液がビード内へ残留することがない。The bead 14 formed on the floor panel 10 causes the coating liquid on the upper surface side of the floor panel to flow from the bead 14 to the groove portion 15 along the arrow A due to the inclination of the inclined surface portion 13 and to the vehicle body rear side inside the groove portion as the conveyor conveys the vehicle body. Flows to. At this time, the coating liquid on the front side of the vehicle body moves smoothly to the rear side of the vehicle body in the groove portion 15 because the inclined surface 16a of the convex portion 16 is gentle, and from the hole portion 17 or the like as shown by an arrow A'in FIG. The coating liquid does not remain in the bead after falling down or flowing out from the rear edge of the floor panel 10 to the outside.

Move to the rear of the vehicle and exit backward.

This improves the strength of the floor as compared to the flat floor, but has the drawback that the interior of the vehicle becomes narrower because the tunnel projects into the vehicle interior. Therefore, when applying the present invention while leaving the tunnel structure, a conventional tunnel 21 is formed on the floor panel as shown in FIG. 4, and the outer edge in the vehicle width direction is formed from the same height as the high portion of this tunnel. It is preferable that the floor panel has the inclined surface portions 23, 23 descending toward the section.

The tunnel panel does not project in the center, so the floor panel is flat and convenient to walk in the passenger compartment. Is. In addition, the interior of the vehicle is spacious, and when applied to a luggage compartment such as a truck, luggage can be loaded in the tunnel as well, so the luggage compartment space is expanded.
