化粧薄単板との接着性は強固になし得る。また、請求項
2の発明は、アルカリ質不透シートを用いるので、不燃
性基板とアルカリ質不透シートと化粧薄単板とを接着剤
にて接着する簡単な工程にて化粧内装材を製造すること
ができ、製造ラインの現場にて実施し易い。アルカリ質
不透シートは両面が繊維質シートとされていて、接着剤
の接着性が高く、不燃性基板及び化粧薄単板の接着性は
良好である。請求項2の発明により製造された化粧内装
材はアルカリ質不透シートの樹脂フィルムにより不燃性
基板のアルカリ質成分の浸透が防止されるので、長期に
わたり化粧薄単板の美しい内装材となし得る。

なる天然木化粧内装材であって、前記アルカリ質不透シ
ートが前記不燃性基板のアルカリ質成分を浸透させない
樹脂フィルムの両面に、接着剤を含浸する繊維質シート
を重合接着した構造よりなることを特徴とした不燃性天
然木化粧内装材。

構造のシートを用いることを特徴とした不燃性天然木化
粧内装材の製造法。
