As a method for continuously producing food dough such as noodle dough by automating such a process, for example, the one shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 44-22476 is known.

It is supposed to be folded. For this reason, the noodle dough tends to be insufficiently folded, and it is difficult to obtain a so-called firm noodle dough. As a means to mitigate this problem, it is conceivable to use a device that repeats a series of steps, but since the conveyor belt conveyor surface must be lowered stepwise in the direction in which the steps proceed, the device as a whole There is also a problem that the space occupancy in the vertical direction increases.

The trained noodle dough is raised at the edge in the transport direction by the noodle dough rising means. The edge of the raised noodle dough is positively and surely folded onto the noodle dough that is in contact with the conveyor belt while being supported by the folding means. The folded dough is pressed from above by the pressing means to complete one folding. In order to repeat this folding operation a plurality of times, when arranging a plurality of training means, noodle dough rising means, folding means and pressing means, the conveying surface of the conveyor belt is moved on the same plane. Therefore, the vertical space occupancy of the entire device is not increased.

It is provided so as to coincide with the bending line, that is, the groove 2. The wall surfaces 43, 44 may be of any shape as long as they can raise both edges of the noodle dough 1 in the conveying direction, but in this example, they are shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. As can be seen from Fig. 7, the upstream side is tilted so that it opens upward, and gradually stands upright as it goes downstream. In addition, when the noodle dough is bent only at one side at substantially the center, one of the blocks 41 and 42 may be substantially parallel to the conveying direction in order to guide the noodle dough 1 and prevent it from moving laterally. Further, only the wall surfaces 43 and 44 are required to be formed, and the blocks 41 and 42 may be manufactured by bending a thin plate.

The upper part of the cylinder 53 is tilted inward by the cylinder 53 (see FIGS. 8 and 9). The rotation fulcrum 54 to which the cylinder 53 is attached is fixed, and the rotation fulcrum 55 that connects the curved plate 51 and the cylinder 53 moves along a rotation locus about the rotation fulcrum 52. As a result, both edges of the noodle dough 1 are supported while being positively and surely folded over the noodle dough 1 in contact with the conveyor belt 10.

なことはない。The noodle dough 1 is placed on a conveyor belt 10 and conveyed. The noodle dough 1 sent to the training means 20 is composed of a plurality of rolls.
It is forged by pressing the upper and lower parts of 22 and thinned and sent to the downstream side. The plate 31 of the bending groove forming means 30 is formed on the noodle dough 1 along the upper and lower sides of the training means 20 to form two linear grooves 2 at desired bending positions. The noodle dough 1 on which the groove 2 is formed is sent to the noodle dough rising means 40. Here, the both ends of the noodle dough 1 are the walls 4 of the blocks 41, 42.
Hit the upstream end of 3,44 and tilt upward and forward (downstream side)
It gradually rises upward due to the narrowing of
(Fig. 7). The noodle dough 1 that has been launched reaches the next folding means 50 and is bent while being supported by the bending plate 51 by the operation of the cylinder 53, as shown in FIG. 8 to FIG. Can be folded into. Curved plate 51
In the case of a flat surface, there is a possibility that the bending position becomes irregular and the folding becomes complicated. The noodle dough 1 bent from both sides as shown in FIG. 10 is sent to the position of the pressing means 60, where it is folded flat by the pressing plate 62 by the operation of the cylinder 61 as shown in FIG. Be done. The noodle dough 1 thus folded may be sent to a fixed quantity cutter (not shown) and cut into a fixed quantity here, and when the steps of the training and folding are repeated several times during this time, the training means 20, A plurality of noodle dough raising means 40, folding means 50 and pressing means 60 are arranged, but since the conveyor belt 10 is configured to move on the same plane, the entire apparatus is used in the factory. It does not increase the vertical space occupancy.
