There are methods as disclosed in JP-A-59-184699 and JP-A-62-32095. These are provided with a partition sheet by cutting open the central portion of the tubular sheet that becomes the bag body, inserting the sheet that becomes the partition sheet from there, and then welding and cutting a predetermined position of the tubular sheet. To complete the bag.

In a method of manufacturing a file in which a plurality of bag bodies (15) having inserted therein are fixed to a cover body (14), a transparent front sheet portion (2) and a transparent front sheet portion (2) are folded side edges. The sheets (6a) and (6b) are connected in series, and the center of the front sheet portion (2) is opened in the longitudinal direction so that the partition sheet (5) is provided between the front sheet portion (2) and the rear sheet portion (4). ) Is inserted to form a polymer sheet strip (7) made entirely of thermoplastic resin, and then the front sheet portion (2) and the partition sheet (5) are placed at predetermined positions of the polymer sheet strip (7). ) And the rear sheet portion (4) are integrally welded in a line perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the welded portion (10)
The upper side part (11) is opened and the center of the front sheet part (2) is separated by dividing the front sheet part (2), the partition sheet (5) and the rear sheet part (4). ) Is integrally welded to form a temporary bag body (13), and the required number of the temporary bag bodies (13) are stacked and at least the inner surface of the back is placed on the inner surface of the cover body (14) made of a thermoplastic resin. Then, after that, the front sheet portion (2), the partition sheet (5), the rear sheet portion (4) and the cover sheet (14) of all the temporary bags (13) are mutually attached to the front sheet portion (2). The bag body (1
5) is formed, and at the same time, these are integrally fixed to the inner surface of the back part of the cover body (14).

It is possible to cut the center in the longitudinal direction with a cutter (3) and open and close the separated one-side halves (2a) (2b) of the front seat part (2) to the rear seat part (4) in a double door shape. To do. Second
As shown in the figure, one side half portions (2a) (2b) of the front sheet portion (2) are opened by an appropriate means, and the rear sheet portion (4) and the rear sheet portion (4) are formed on the rear sheet portion (4). A partition sheet (5) made of a thermoplastic plastic film having the same width, such as polypropylene or vinyl chloride, is placed, and after that, one half (2a) (2b) of each side of the front sheet section (2) is appropriately replaced. The rear seat portion (4) and the front seat portion (2) are connected in series by the folded side edge portions (6a) (6b) and the center of the front seat portion (2) is opened in the longitudinal direction. Separately, a polymer sheet strip (7) is formed by inserting a partition sheet (5) between the front sheet portion (2) and the rear sheet portion (4). Since the tube-shaped inflation film (1) was used in this embodiment, the step of opening the front sheet portion (2) by cutting the center in the longitudinal direction as described above was required. It is also possible to omit the step by using one flat material sheet having the same width as that of the front sheet portion (2) in the opened state. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, an electrode mold (8) such as a high-frequency welder is pushed down at a predetermined position of the above-mentioned strip-shaped polymer sheet (7) in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction so that the front sheet portion (2), The partition sheet (5) and the rear sheet portion (4) are integrally welded in a linear shape, and the blade portion (9) attached to the electrode mold (8) is used to extend along the boundary of the welding location (10). Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the upper side portion (11) is opened and the center of the front sheet portion (2) is separated, and the space between the front sheet portion (2) and the rear sheet portion (4) is cut. A partition sheet (5) is inserted to form a temporary bag body (13) formed by integrally welding the front sheet portion (2), the partition sheet (5) and the lower side portion (12) of the rear sheet portion (4). To do. The above steps shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 are performed on one line, and the superposed sheet strips (7) are intermittently fed, and undergo a welding and fusing step to form a large number of temporary bags. A body (13) is formed. Next, as shown in FIG. 5, a required number of temporary bags (13) are laminated, and these are placed on a cover body (14) made entirely of thermoplastic plastic, and the temporary bags (13) are placed. By pressing the electrode mold (8) 'such as a high-frequency welder to the center of the, the front sheet part (2), the partition sheet (5) and the rear sheet part (4) of all temporary bags (7) are The front sheet portion (2) is integrally welded to each other along the separated edges of the front sheet portion (2) to form a bag body (15), and at the same time, these are integrally welded to the inner surface of the back portion of the cover body (14). Then, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a file having a transparent bag body (15) and having a partition sheet (5) inserted therein is completed.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, notches (16) are provided at the ends of the folded side edges (6a) (6b) on the upper side (11) side of the opening of each bag (15) to form a bag. It is also possible to facilitate the taking in and out of documents and the like with respect to the body (15). The step of providing the cutout portion (16) may be performed at the stage of stacking the temporary bag bodies (13) or at the stage of forming the temporary bag body (13) before it. The partition sheet (5) may be transparent or opaque.

Since it is inserted between the front sheet portion (2) and the rear sheet portion (4) of 5), the trouble of inserting the partition sheet (5) into each bag (15) can be avoided. Moreover, since the step of closing the inner side portion of the temporary bag body (13) is combined with the step of fixing the bag body (15) to the cover body (14), the number of steps can be reduced, so There is an effect that the efficiency can be extremely improved.
