The applicant of the present invention has previously made a heat insulating wire mesh panel (hereinafter referred to as a panel) in which two wire mesh plates facing each other with the heat insulating plate as a core material and arranged on both surface sides thereof are connected by a spacing member. Is attached to the building frame without a base material, and cement mortar is applied to the surface of the building to provide a concrete outer wall, partition wall, which has excellent heat insulation and strength.
We proposed a technology that enables efficient construction of roofs (Japanese Patent Application No. 1
No. 143450).

However, since this panel is a single plate which cannot be deformed, there are the following problems in assembling and constructing as a base material. In other words, it is necessary to subdivide the panels into smaller ones, the number of panels increases, it takes time to ship, transport, and assemble, there are many joints between the panels, and there is a considerable amount of work to reinforce the joints by applying a joining wire mesh to the joints. It took time. Also, it is difficult to attach the panel to the complicated parts such as the window sill and the eaves, and it is difficult to attach the panel with high accuracy, and there are many points to be improved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a heat-insulating metal mesh panel comprising a heat-insulating plate as a core material and two opposing wire-meshing plates arranged on both sides of the heat-insulating metal plate is connected to each other by a spacing member. Make a notch to cut the wire mesh plate and the core material on the other side leaving only the wire, bend the remaining wire mesh plate and set it in place, and cut the bent joint wire mesh on the cut wire mesh plate side. The present invention relates to a method of installing a heat-insulating wire mesh panel, which is characterized in that the wire mesh plate is mounted across the seam.

In the panel used in the present invention, the two portions cut by the notches are connected by the remaining wire mesh plate on one side, so that the panel can be made by bending the wire mesh plate remaining at the connecting portion. It can be deformed to some extent. Therefore, in the conventional panel, it is possible to cover the intersecting portion and the intricate portion where two or more sheets are used with one large panel. As a result, the number of panels used is reduced to less than half by enlarging the panels, and the number of assembling steps is significantly reduced. At the same time, the number of panel joints will be drastically reduced, and the material and construction costs of the joint wire mesh will be drastically reduced. In addition, it is not necessary to hold the panel to mount the window stand panel or the eaves panel, which reduces manpower. The corners and intricate parts can be assembled with good accuracy while maintaining accuracy. In particular, when it is applied to a corner or a complicated portion where three or more small panels are conventionally installed in combination, the number of assembling steps, the material cost of the joining wire net, and the manufacturing cost are greatly reduced.
