Then, Architectural Institute of Japan "Standard of sound insulation of buildings" Apartment 2
Since the sound insulation standard of the class is barely lower or lower than that, it cannot be applied to hotels and apartment houses, and development of a technology for preventing the sound insulation loss has been desired.

The wall board 3 has a thickness of 12 mm or 15 mm, for example, and the cushioning material 4 described above is used. To do. Here, the interval between the dango-shaped bonds 2 is, for example, 450 mm, and the height of the mountain is increased to make the cushioning material 4
An air layer 5 (see FIG. 5) having a thickness of 35 to 60 mm is formed.

As is clear from this figure, the sound insulation performance is improved over all frequencies. It can be seen that there is a great improvement, especially near 250 to 500 Hz and 4,000 Hz. This is bond 2 and wall board 3
Since the cushioning material 4 is sandwiched between and, it becomes difficult for the vibration of the concrete skeleton 1 to be transmitted to the wall board 3, so that the sound insulation loss in the high frequency range near the coincidence frequency of the wall board 3 is prevented. Further, since the wall board 3 is attached in a state of being floated by the cushioning material 4, resonance in the middle and low frequency band of the wall board 3 having the bond 2 as a support point is eliminated.

By sandwiching. The resonance frequency of the air layer 5 can be lowered from the conventional 250 Hz to 100 Hz, and the sound insulation performance can be balanced as a whole.

It is possible to prevent the deterioration of the function.
