', And the end portion of the dry wall material is inserted into the insertion portion 2 of the projected corner material A'. However, when a dry wall material B such as that shown in FIG. 3 is used as a dry wall material so as to be laterally laid to form a wall body, as shown in FIG. 10 (b), a projected corner material A'and a dry wall material B are formed. Voids β due to the makeup joint formed by the dry type wall material B are formed between them, leading to a decrease in waterproofness and corrosion of the wall base. Therefore, a caulking material is planted in the space β, but a large amount of caulking material is required, which leads to an increase in cost and the planting of the caulking material requires time and labor.

At least one convex surface is formed on the surface that comes into contact with the surface, and a concave line is formed on the contact surface of the projected corner material, and the waterproof material is formed by the engagement of the convex stripe of the waterproof material and the concave stripe of the projected corner material. We propose a corner structure for dry type wall material that prevents misalignment and disengagement after loading, and greatly improves waterproofness and workability.

FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b) are explanatory views for explaining the projecting corner structure of the dry type wall material, where A is the projecting corner material, B is the dry type wall material (hereinafter simply referred to as wall material), and C is waterproof. It is a material. That is, the projected corner material A is a surface-treated steel plate, a vinyl chloride steel plate, a stainless steel plate, an aluminum plate, a copper plate or the like formed by roll molding, extrusion molding, or the like, for example, as shown in FIG. The insertion portion 2 having a U-shaped cross section is formed on both side edges of the. More specifically, the decorative surface portion 1 serves as a cover surface at the projected corner portion of the wall body. It is to be noted that the decorative surface portion 1 may be formed with side walls 1a on both side edges, and a space may be provided between the contact surface 3 and the decorative surface portion 1 which will be described later so that the recessed line 6 does not appear on the decorative surface portion 1. It is preferable. The insertion portion 2 is a portion having a U-shaped cross section provided on both side edges of the decorative surface portion 1, and has a contact surface 3, a side surface 4,
It is formed from the mounting surface 5. This insertion portion 2 is a portion that covers the side end portion of the wall material B at the projected corner portion of the wall body and contributes to waterproofness. Further describing, the contact surface 3 is a portion that comes into contact with the decorative surface 7 of the wall material B, and when the waterproof material C is loaded, the makeup of the wall material B when the waterproof material C is loaded is obtained by contacting the decorative surface 7 closely. It is a portion that presses the waterproof material C against the surface 7. Further, at least one recessed line 6 is formed on the contact surface 5. The recessed strips 6 are for locking the projections 9 of the waterproof material C described later and fixing the waterproof material C. Further, the mounting surface 5 is a portion for fixing the projected corner material A to a wall foundation composed of a prism, a furring strip, etc. by a fixture such as a nail. The wall material B is, for example, a metal plate as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5 (a) to (o), a surface material made of a synthetic resin material, and a core material made of a synthetic resin foam, an inorganic material, or the like. , A siding material composed of a backing material adhered if necessary, or a spandrel as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (h),
Alternatively, cement as shown in FIGS. 7 (a) to (n),
It is made of a ceramic siding material made of an inorganic material such as clay, and forms a wall α by laterally lining it. This wall material B forms a decorative joint having a triangular shape, a quadrangular shape, a trapezoidal shape, a semicircular shape or the like when the wall body α is laterally stretched to form a horizontal line on the wall body. It is a thing. The waterproof material C is a molded body, and when the end portion of the wall material B is inserted into the insertion portion 2 of the projected corner material A, the waterproof material C is loaded into the space β formed by the makeup joint of the wall body α to improve waterproofness. Is. As shown in FIG. 4, the shape of the waterproof material C is such that the vertical cross section thereof is substantially the same as the void β, that is, the cross sectional shape of the makeup joint in the wall α formed by the wall material B, and is convex on the upper surface 8. At least one Article 9 is provided. The material is polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyurethane, bakelite, EPDM
It is mainly made of plastic such as rubber or the like, and has a certain degree of flexibility in order to improve the adhesion to the hard body or the corner material A and the wall material B.

できる。Next, the projecting corner structure of the dry wall material according to the present invention will be briefly described through construction examples. Therefore, it is assumed that the projection corner material A shown in FIG. 2 is used. The wall material B is
A decorative joint having a triangular cross section is applied to the wall α. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the mounting surface 5 of the projected corner material A is fixed to a wall base such as a prism by a fixture (not shown) such as a nail. Next, the wall α is formed while inserting the end portion of the wall material B into the insertion portion 2 of the projected corner material A. Next, the waterproof material C is loaded into the space β formed between the contact surface 3 of the projected corner material A and the decorative surface 6 of the wall material B with the upper surface 8 on the contact surface 3 side, as shown by arrow a. At this time, the waterproof material C is loaded until the convex strip 9 comes into engagement with the concave strip 6 of the projected corner material A as shown in FIG. To do. Therefore, the waterproof material C
Since the contact surface 3 of the projected corner material A and the decorative surface 6 of the wall material B and the engagement of the projections 9 and the recesses 6 do not move or disengage after loading, the waterproofness is deteriorated. Can be stopped.
