【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は内燃機関用点火装置に関し、特にその電波雑音
防止に関するものである。

においては電波雑音防止専用のインダクタおよびスプリ
ングを必要とするため部品点数が多くなりコストアップ
になるという問題点があった。

ルと、弾性力を持った金属材料により形成され、点火プ
ラグのターミナルと前記高圧ターミナルの内部壁面との
間に介在して両者を電気的に導通させる金属ターミナル
とを備え、前記高圧ターミナルを抵抗率10〜103Ωcmの
導電性樹脂により形成したことを特徴とする内燃機関用
点火装置という技術的手段を採用する。

ターミナルとの間の導通を維持し、しかも樹脂製の高圧
ターミナルが削られ導通不良となる恐れもない。

ル6の導電性樹脂が削られ、やがては導通不良なる恐れ
があるため、点火プラグ10のターミナル7と上記高圧タ
ーミナル6との間に金属ターミナル9を介在させてあ
る。この金属ターミナル9は、エンジンの振動により点
火コイルが点火プラグに力をかけないように弾性力を持
たせ、点火プラグを保護するものである。なお、金属タ
ーミナル9は、第1図に図示されるように高圧ターミナ
ル6の円筒状内周壁面と点火プラグ10のターミナル7の
外周壁面との間に介在している。なお、上記高圧ターミ
ナル6の材料として、基材にはPA、PBT等の樹脂が考え
られ、フィラーとして第3図に示すようにカーボンブラ
ックやBs,Al等の金属ファイバーを体積比で5〜10%程
度添加することにより、抵抗率10〜103Ωcm程度の導電
性樹脂が得られる。

った金属ターミナルを介してなされるため、エンジンの
振動があっても導電性樹脂が削られて導通不良となると
いった不具合が防止され、内燃機関用点火装置として必
要な耐久性を得ることができる。
