The cut sheet pieces P ′ on the table 5 of the conveyor 50 are successively conveyed by the intermittent drive of the conveyor 50, and at the step [IV], the end piece erecting means 6 erects both end pieces P2, P2. Processing is done. When the narrow grooves 51, 51 and the wide groove 52 are formed on the upper surface of the table 5 and the end piece uprighting means 6 is constructed as shown in FIG. 5, the soft elastic sheet restraining member 62 is a stationary table. 5, the sheet piece P'on the table 5 is depressed and loosened. Next, when the restraining member 62 rises and the vertical movable plates 61, 61 descend instead and the lower end portions thereof are fitted into the narrow grooves 51, 51, the central portion of the sheet piece P'is pulled in both directions. Both end pieces P2, P2 stand upright. At this time, since the central portion of the sheet piece P'is loosened in advance, the pulling force is absorbed by the loosened portion, so that there is a slight difference in the descending timing of the both vertical movable plates 61, 61.
The end pieces P2, P2 do not have a bias, and all stand up with the same width.

As described above, the sheet piece P'in which both end pieces P2, P2 are erected,
By the intermittent drive of the conveyer 50, it is sent to the next rubber string winding step [V] together with the table 5. In this step [V], the rubber cord S is sewn around the above-mentioned upstanding end pieces P2, P2.
Is wound in a ring shape, but the rubber string feeding / winding means 7 and the table 5 adopted in the present invention are wound as follows. That is, in FIGS. 6 to 7,
The rubber cord S is unwound from the raw rubber cord roll S0 supported by the roll supporting portion 71, and the rubber cord S passes through the rubber cord guide pipe 73 and the second rubber cord guide pipe 75 and is fed to the rubber cord winding pipe 76. It hangs from the tip. After the rubber cord S in the second rubber cord guide tube 75 is pressed by the rubber cord stopper 75a, the feeding rod
When the swinging operation is performed so as to hit 74, the rubber string S is hooked by the feeding rod 74, and the rubber string S is fed out from the roll S0 by a length corresponding to the hooked slack. Then, compressed air is supplied from the supply port 73a to reversely feed the excess amount of feed, so that the feeding rod 74 is lightly stretched with the rubber cord S.
The excess string S due to the reverse feeding is received by the cover plates 72, 72, and its hanging is prevented. Feeding rod 74 at this time
The feeding length of the rubber cord S due to the hooking of is equivalent to one winding length. After that, release the stopper 75a,
When the winding pipe 76 is rotated, the rubber cord S hanging from the tip of the pipe 76 is wound around the rubber cord restraining pins 53, 53 and the guiding pins 54 while being paid out. At this time, the holding pins 53, 53 are in a state of being pushed up by the pushing-up member 77 as shown in the embodiment described later. Immediately before the winding pipe 76 makes about one rotation and the movement of the table 5 starts, the stopper 75a operates to guide the guide pipe 75.
Stop the inner rubber cord S. After that, the restraining pins 53, 53 move downward to restrain and fix the intersecting overlapping portion S1 of the rubber cord S. Then, the next table 5 is moved to immediately below the winding pipe 76 by the intermittent drive of the conveyor 50, and the same operation as above is repeated in a state where the tension is applied to the rubber string S between the tables 5 and 5. The operation of the feeding rod 74, the supply timing of compressed air, the operation timing of the stopper 75a, the rotation timing of the winding pipe 76, and the like are performed based on a predetermined timing chart.

The end piece uprighting means 6 is composed of a pair of left and right vertical movable plates as described above.
61, 61 and a soft elastic sheet restraining member 62 arranged in the center thereof. The sheet restraining member 62 is made of a soft elastic material such as sponge, and is attached to the lower end of a cylinder 62a that vertically expands and contracts. A suction pipe 63 is installed immediately below the end piece uprighting means 6, and when the table 5 is transferred / installed at a predetermined position, the suction pipe 63 rises to cause the wide groove of the table 5 to move.
Suction is started from a hole 52a which is opened in the approximate center of 52. At approximately the same time, the sheet pressing member 62 descends, and the central portion of the cut sheet piece P'is pushed into the wide groove 52 and becomes loose due to the suction action. After that, the pressing by the sheet pressing member 62 and the suction by the suction tube 63 are released, the vertical movable plates 61, 61 are lowered, and the lower ends of the vertical movable plates 61, 61 are fitted into the slit-shaped narrow grooves 51, 51, Both end pieces P2, P2 of the sheet piece P'stand upright. At this time, the central portion of the sheet piece P'has a function of being pulled in the left-right direction, but since this pulling force is absorbed by the slack portion,
No interaction is added to both end pieces P2, P2, and both end pieces P2, P2,
P2 will definitely stand up with the same width.

The sheet piece P ′ that has been subjected to the standing process is delivered to the installation site of the rubber string feeding / winding means 7 by the intermittent movement of the table 5. Since the structure and operation of the rubber string feeding / winding means 7 are as described above, a supplementary explanation will be given here. Pillars 70 (70) are erected on both sides of the conveyor 50,
Roll supporting portions 71 (71) are formed laterally on the columns 70 (70). Then, plastic sag prevention cover plates 72, 72 are arranged above and below each roll support portion 71. Original rubber band roll S0 supported by the roll support 71
The rubber string S fed out from the above is engaged with the double rings 71a and 71b and then inserted into the first and second copper rubber string guide tubes 73 and 75. The feeding rod 74 installed between the first and second rubber cord guide pipes 73 and 75 is formed in a curved shape, and is vertically swingable about a pivot point 74a on the way as a fulcrum. The base end of the feeding rod 74 is bonded to the tip of the telescopic rod of the cylinder 74b, and the feeding rod 74 swings up and down by the telescopic drive of the cylinder 74b. For feeding the rubber cord S from the original roll S0, the stopper 65a is operated in the second rubber cord guide tube 75 to fix the rubber cord S, and then the feeding rod 74 is swung downward to move the rubber cord S. This is done by hooking and loosening the rubber string S between the string guide tubes 73, 75. At this time, excess slack is sent back by supplying compressed air from the supply port 73a,
The elastic string S is taut on the feeding rod 74. The second rubber string guide tube 75 is bent into an elbow shape and hollowed out in the middle, and the operating portion of the stopper 75a is inserted into this hollowed portion. The stopper 75a uses an air cylinder or the like as a drive source, and when the stopper 75a is turned on, the rubber cord S in the guide tube 75 is pressed against the tube wall to make it impossible to extend or retract.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As described above, according to the present invention, a disposable mask can be efficiently manufactured by a consistent system. Then, in the winding process of the rubber cord for forming the ear hook, the winding pattern can be surely erected by the end erection means in advance without tipping both end pieces of the sheet piece. It is stable, has no dimensional variations, and requires no manual product modifications. By setting the operation timing of each component appropriately by the rubber string feeding / winding means,
As well as ensuring the formation of a fixed size earring, it is possible to apply tension to the rubber strap of the earring and automatically pull the cut end into the folded part of both end pieces at the same time as cutting. As a result, the work of cutting off the end portion of the rubber cord is eliminated, and the work efficiency is dramatically improved. Therefore, production at extremely low cost is promised, and the disposable mask thus obtained literally exhibits practical value as a disposable article, and its useful value is extremely large.
