Thermoplastic polyurethane resin has both properties of rubber and plastics, and has tensile properties, wear resistance, and
It is widely used in industrial materials because of its excellent mechanical properties, cold resistance and solvent resistance. However, as is well known, when a thermoplastic polyurethane resin is used for a long period of time, the surface color changes to yellow due to the effects of light, heat, oxygen in the air, etc., and the commercial value of white and light-colored products decreases. There is a problem that discoloration becomes a problem and it becomes unusable depending on the intended use.

It is considered that this yellowing is caused by forming a double bond or a free radical in the molecular structure of the main polymer that constitutes the resin.

Therefore, it has been carried out to prevent yellowing by adding a small amount of additives such as UV absorbers, heat stabilizers, and antioxidants to yellowing-prone resins, and to prevent discoloration due to sunlight or heat. Although it is quite effective, the present situation is that it has not yet been able to prevent sufficient discoloration.

The urethane resin sheet of the present invention can prevent yellowing by applying a non-yellowing type urethane resin coating on the surface in contact with the atmosphere, and does not impair the commercial value. And, it is effective when used for tents, artificial feathers, food conveyor belts where relatively strong strength is required at the same time as appearance is important, and it does not turn yellow even after long-term use. There is no drop.

Sample No. 1 is a polyester yarn-like plain weave base fabric with a thermoplastic polyurethane resin coating layer. (Conventional product) Sample No. 2 is the same as No. 1 coated with a 5 μm thick non-yellowing type urethane resin paint on the surface of the thermoplastic polyurethane resin film. (Invention product) As is clear from Table 1, it is understood that the polyurethane resin sheet of the present invention is remarkably excellent according to the judgment value of gray scale.

The present invention is characterized in that a thermoplastic polyurethane resin layer is layered on one surface of a fibrous base fabric, and a yellowing-free polyurethane resin coating film layer having a thickness of 3 μm or more is coated on the surface thereof. Since it is related to the modified urethane resin sheet, it is effective when used for hoods, tents, feathers, and food transport belts that require relatively strong strength and beauty, and long-term use. At that time, the surface color of the thermoplastic polyurethane resin does not yellow, so that the appearance is always beautiful and the commercial value does not decrease.
