び合成樹脂製品のモルタル押出成形方法および複合口金

び合成樹脂製品等は、特開昭55−16050号公報等に見ら
れるような押出成形法によって製造されて来ている。こ
の方法は、押出成形機の口金型を取替えることによって
種々多様な断面形状の製品を工業的に効率良く製造し得

外周部に単なる溝を造った様な成形品10a,10bでも、専
用の口金型3a,3bを製作し使用しているのが一般的であ
る。その理由は、口金型の溝部に当たる部分を凹形状に
予め切削しておき、その凹形状に、成形品の溝形状を設
けたダイスをボルト等により勘合固定しても、口金型と
当該ダイスの勘合部に若干の隙間が生じ、押出成形した
とき成形品表面に当該隙間の部分に相当する位置に糸状
溝11が付き、品質上問題となる為である。特に、第6図
に示す様に、溝形状を無くし平滑面にした所は糸状溝が
顕著に現れ、押出成形品の表面品質を著しく悪化させる
等の問題が生じる。従って、外形寸法が同じで単なる溝
部を設けた成形品を製造する場合にも、その成形品毎に
専用の口金型を製作しなければならず、口金型の在庫が

様用のダイスを部分的に交換着脱可能に構成した主金型
と、該主金型の先端部に同一形状でかつ切れ目のないト
ップゲージダイスを取付けたことを特徴とする窯業系製

形状に合致した精度の良いトップゲージダイス6をトッ
プゲージダイス取付けボルト7で固定している。又、こ
れらの相互の位置決めをノックピン8等で精度良く行

ゲージダイスの損耗も極めて少ないので金型費用を低減
できるとともに成形品表面も非常に円滑に製造できる
