Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、各種音響製品に使用されるスピーカに関する
ものである。

従来の技術 従来の外磁形の動電形スピーカは第3図のような構成と
なっていた。すなわち、ポールピース付プレート1の上
にドーナツ状のマグネット2を接合し、さらにマグネッ
ト2にトッププレート3を接合、ポールピース4とトッ
ププレートで磁気ギャップ5を構成する。磁気ギャップ
5には、周囲をフレーム6に固定したダンパー7で保持
したボイスコイル8の線輪9を周囲に触れないように配
する。ボイスコイル8には、振動板10を接合、振動板外
周はエッジ11を介してフレーム接合する。さらに振動板
中心付近には、磁気ギャップへのゴミの侵入を防ぐた
め、ダストキャップ12を接合する。以上が一般的な動電
形スピーカの構造である。

心軸上にないものが主となる。したがって、これらの用
途においてスピーカが要求される特性は受聴点方向の一
方向における音圧−周波数特性がフラットである事と、
その他の方向ではたとえば音響パワーがフラットで音場
再生に適している事である。ところが従来のスピーカ,
振動板形状が円形あるいは楕円形,多角形形状のスピー
カは振動板の放射方向の断面形状が複数ケ所にわたり同
一であるので、前記した一方向のみ特定の音圧−周波数
特性を得るという事ができない欠点を有する。本発明は
この問題点を解決出来るスピーカを提供せんとするもの
である。

し、振動板外周はエッジ11を介してフレーム6に接合す
る。ボイスコイル8先端には、ダストキャップ12を接合
する。ここで、振動板10は左側半分は基本の振動板形状
10a、右半分は他の形状10bである。

ているが、本発明のスピーカは、これらの複数のスピー
カを一本のスピーカで代替することができる画期的なも
のであり、振動板の放射方向の断面形状を変化させるこ
とによって受聴方向に対応して音圧−周波数特性と指向
特性を調整し、優れた音場再生を行うことができ、これ
らの音場再生システムの小型化,低価格化に大きな効果
を持たらす事のできる工業的価値の大なる発明である。
