レンビスチオカルバミン酸重金属塩とヘキサメチレンテ
トラミン(以下HMTと称する。)を必須防汚成分として
含有することからなる漁網防汚剤に関するものである。

に属するはだむしによりベネデニア症などによって大き
な被害をもたらすことが知られている。

従来、これら漁網付着物を防止するために種々の化合物
が検討されている。その代表的なものとして、亜酸化

ロキシド、トリフェニルスズクロリド等の如き有機スズ
化合物、有機塩素化合物、有機硫黄化合物等が用いられ
ていた。しかし、これらの中には、人畜に対して毒性が
強かったり、環境汚染や、防汚組成物としたときに長期
間にわたって充分な効果が発揮されない等の欠点を持っ
ている。例えば、スズ化合物は、海藻、貝類の付着から
漁網をまもる効果は極めて高く、有効な防汚成分とされ
多く用いられてきたが、近年にいたり、その難分解性、
生体への蓄積性及び人畜安全性、環境汚染性が問題とさ
れはじめてきている。また例えば、有機硫黄化合物であ
るジチオカーバメート類は、スズ化合物等と同様に広く
防汚剤成分として使用されている。例えば、特開昭51−
49227号公報には、エチレンビスジチオカルバミン酸マ
ンガン塩を防汚成分とし、これをビヒクル成分と配合
し、漁網に塗膜を形成せしめ、生物の付着を防止してい
る。また、同様に特開昭51−51517号公報によっても、
エチレンビスジチオカルバミン酸重金属塩とセルロース
樹脂をビヒクル成分と配合し、漁網に塗膜を形成せし
め、生物の付着を防止している。

(発明が解決しようとする問題点) 人体等への安全性、環境汚染等の種々の問題点から、ジ
チオカルバミン酸金属塩が最も望ましい防汚材成分とさ
れているもののその効果の持続性及び効力の安定性につ
いては充分に満足し得ない場合が多い。そのために無機
銅化合物とアルキレンビスジチオカルバミン酸重金属塩
を防汚剤成分としたり、或は、これに、他の防汚成分、
具体的にはスズ化合物を添加したりしている。そこで残
効期間が長く、塗膜の物理的化学的な劣化が少ない漁網
防汚剤組成物が所望されている。

く、漁網の劣化が少ない漁網防汚剤を提供することにあ
る。

チオカルバミン酸重金属塩の第一銅置換体等が挙げられ
る。

時に捏和、攪拌しても良好な漁網防汚組成物が得られ
る。

脂、エポキシ樹脂、アルキッド系樹脂等の公知のいづれ
であってもよい。この塗料成分に、顔料、体質顔料、可
塑際、溶剤、固化防止剤等の補助成分を当然適宜配合す
ることは自由である。
