Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 [発明の技術分野] 本発明は、再閉路装置、特に保護リレー盤からの起動信
号による起動か、全停を検出したことによる起動かを判
断して条件不成立時間を個々に設定し得る再閉路装置に
関するものである。

与える場合がある。又、もう一つの起動条件としては、
しゃ断器3が「入」であることを条件として、送電線1
の電圧(PTLを介して得られる電圧)と母線2の電圧(P
TBを介して得られる電圧)が共に「無し」であることが
ある一定時間以上継続したことを、入力部5を介して全
停検出部7にて確認して、この場合は全停と判断し、出
力部10より制御回路11へしゃ断器3へのしゃ断指令を与
えると共に、起動部6へ起動入力を与える場合がある。

メモリする。そして、シーケンス部8内の条件不成立時
間設定部9は各メモリ内容を入力し、起動の識別結果と
なるこの内容に応じそれぞれの投入条件不成立時のあき
らめ時間を設定する。その他の構成及び動作は第2図と
同様である。

をリセットさせることがなくなり、しゃ断器の再閉路投
入率を向上させることができる。
