[Prior Art] Conventionally, when a plurality of plate-like bodies are connected to each other to form a continuous plate-like body, for example, as described in JP-A-61-16801, the plate-like body is disclosed. Male and female females are formed on opposite sides of each other, and the male and female females are engaged with each other to enhance the sense of unity of the joined plate-like body, or No. 56-135804 As described in the official gazette, it is known that mountain-shaped irregularities are respectively formed on opposite side surfaces of a plate-shaped body, and the irregularities are engaged with each other to enhance the feeling of unity of the joined plate-shaped bodies. .

However, in these conventional joining methods of plate-like bodies,
Although the sense of unity between the joined plate-shaped bodies is enhanced,
At the time of construction, it is necessary to butt and engage one by one on the site, and a lot of man-hours are required for the work, and it is necessary to pack and carry out the plate-like bodies scattered one by one. In addition, handling was troublesome.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the related art in which a plurality of flat plates are connected in advance so as to be bendable by a flexible elastic material, the purpose is tentatively achieved with respect to the ease of construction and the ease of handling. However, since the flat plates are simply arranged in a line and the adjacent flat plates do not overlap each other, that is, there is no male and female tongue engaging portion, there is no sense of unity between the plate-like members and the plate-like members during construction. The joints between them could not be installed neatly, and the adjacent flat plates were not satisfactory, as they were not free from the inconveniences of mutual displacement.

[Means for Solving the Problem] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is a bottom surface 1 and a surface 2 that are bases and are parallel to each other.
A rectangular plate-shaped body A having
A female member is formed on each of the other side faces, and the inner member and the outer member such as a structure in which the male member and the female member of the plurality of plate-shaped members A and A ′ are sequentially butted and engaged with each other. A side surface of A is cut along the slopes 4 and 5 inclined from the bottom surface 1 side and the surface 2 side of the plate A toward the center in the width W direction to form a female mold,
The other side faces are cut out along the slant sides 6 and 7 that are inclined from the bottom surface 1 side and the front surface 2 side of the plate A toward the outside in the width W direction to form a male shape, and the bottom end of the plate A is formed. A line 10 that is orthogonal to the hypotenuse 5 that is formed by cutting the portion 8 from the surface 2 side of the plate A toward the center in the width direction is orthogonal to the bottom face 1 at a width W direction central end 9 of the hypotenuse 5. It is characterized in that it is located at the intersecting point 11 or on the widthwise center side of the plate-shaped body A from the point 11.

The width W outer sides of the hypotenuses 4 and 5 are cut off along lines 12 and 13 substantially orthogonal to the bottom surface 1 and the surface 2, respectively.
Therefore, the bottom end 8 of the female die has an intersection 11 between the oblique side 5 and a line 10 orthogonal to the widthwise direction center end 9 of the oblique side 5 and the bottom surface 2 of the plate A or an extension thereof. Is located closer to the center in the width W direction than the center. The line 10 that is orthogonal to the hypotenuse 5 does not necessarily intersect at 90 °, but an error of ± several degrees is allowed depending on the material used for the plate-shaped body A and the like.

On the other hand, the male die is notched in substantially the same shape as the female die so as to be engaged with the female die. That is, the male mold is notched along the slanted sides 6 and 7 inclined from the bottom surface 1 side and the surface 2 side of the plate-like body A toward the outside in the width W direction, and the outside of the slanted sides 6 and 7 is a straight line 16. It is cut off along with and is formed in a side view trapezoid.

In this example, a hypotenuse 4 inclined from the bottom surface 1 side of the plate-like body A toward the center in the width W direction, a hypotenuse 5 cut from the surface 2 side of the plate-like body A, and a width W-direction center side end of the hypotenuse 5 Since the lines 10 that are substantially orthogonal to each other in the portion 9 coincide with each other, the points where the bottom surface side end portion 8, the hypotenuse 4 and the bottom surface 1 intersect each other coincide.

FIG. 6 shows an example in which the female die has a concave trapezoidal shape and the male die has a convex trapezoidal shape as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. A hypotenuse 4 inclined in the width W direction from the surface 2 of the body A, and a plate-like point at which the hypotenuse 4 intersects a line 10 that is substantially orthogonal to the center end 9 in the width W direction and the bottom surface 2 (extension thereof) Since it is on the outer side of the bottom surface side end portion 8 of the body A, the bottom surface side end portion does not have to be provided with the line 12 substantially orthogonal to the bottom surface of the plate-shaped body A as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. Bending and returning can be performed with the portion 8 as a fulcrum.

FIG. 7 also shows an example in which the female mold has a concave trapezoidal shape and the male mold has a convex trapezoidal shape as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4. The thickness T of the body A is reduced by a length corresponding to the length of a line 13 that is substantially orthogonal to the surface 2 of the plate-like body A, and the surface 2 and the hypotenuse 5 are directly crossed on the surface 2 side of the plate-like body A. . Therefore, in this example, the female mold and the male mold are asymmetrical with the center line of the plate-like body A in the thickness T direction sandwiched therebetween.

Basically, FIG. 8 also shows an example in which the female die has a substantially concave trapezoidal shape and the male die has a concave trapezoidal shape that engages with the female die, as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4. However, in this example, the hypotenuse 5 on the surface 2 side of the plate-like body A is set to two hypotenuses 5a and 5b with different angles.
And the combination. Also in this case, the bottom end 8 of the plate-shaped body a is formed from the intersections 11a and 11b of the bottoms 1 and the lines 10a and 10b that are substantially orthogonal to the width-direction center end 9a and 9b of the hypotenuses 5a and 5b, respectively. Is also located on the center side in the width W direction of the plate-shaped body A.

FIG. 9 basically shows an example in which the male mold has a substantially mountain shape and the female mold has a valley shape for engaging with the male mold, similarly to the embodiment shown in FIG. In the example, bottom surface 1 of plate A
And the hypotenuses 4 and 5 cut from the surface 2 are a combination of hypotenuses 4a, 4b and 5a, 5b, 5c having different angles.
