Description of the Related Art Recently, not only hospitals but also home-use beds have been widely used, which have a floor undulating mechanism for raising and lowering the floor. The floor undulation mechanism is arranged below the floor. The operation switch of the floor undulation mechanism is placed on the floor so that the patient can operate the floor undulation mechanism. By the way, when there is an obstacle between the floor and the bed frame when the floor undulating mechanism is operated to lower the floor from the undulating state, the obstacle prevents the floor from descending. In that case, if the drive mechanism is left in operation, the drive mechanism is overloaded and may be destroyed. In addition, when a child enters between the floor and the bed frame and there is no caregiver, it is very dangerous if the patient operates the floor undulating mechanism without noticing it. Therefore, conventionally, for example, a plate body serving as a safety panel is provided on a bed frame below the floor of a bed, and a load detecting means is provided on the safety panel to protect children and obstacles when descending the floor. If it is on the panel, the load detection means allows the child,
A detection signal indicating that there is an obstacle or the like is output to the drive control means, and based on this signal, the drive control means prevents the floor from descending and employs means for raising and rising.

Increasing complexity is unavoidable, and there is a cost problem. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a bed having a floor undulating mechanism provided with an emergency stop mechanism having a simple structure and which can be used safely.

The detection means stops the operation of the electric floor undulating mechanism, because the obstacle is caught in the wire member.
Also, an obstacle hits the wire support means at the corner of the floor,
If certain degree of force is applied to the wire supporting means, wire
The support means is deformed, the wire member is loosened, and the detection means can stop the operation of the electric floor undulating mechanism, assuming that the obstacle hits.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a bed provided with an emergency stop mechanism, and this bed 1 is provided with an electric floor undulating mechanism (not shown), and a floor support member 3 is provided on a bed frame 2. Is provided with a back floor 4 which is undulated by an electric floor undulating mechanism. On the surface side of the back floor 4 facing the bed frame 2, a wire member 7 is stretched along an edge 5 of the back floor 4 via wire supporting means 6 attached to a corner of the back floor 4. A limit switch 8 is connected to one end of the wire member 7 as a detecting means (see FIG. 2). The detection signal from the limit switch 8 is taken in by a control unit (not shown) of the electric floor undulating mechanism. That is, the control unit is configured so that the limit switch 8 is turned on by the abnormal tension of the wire member 7 due to the obstacle, and the operation of the electric floor undulating mechanism is stopped. The limit switch 8 may be either a normally open type or a normally closed type.

An elastic member is applied to the wire supporting means 6, and when a certain amount of force is applied to the wire supporting means 6 when an obstacle hits a corner of the back floor 4, the wire supporting means 6 is deformed. The wire member 7 is loosened, the limit switch 8 is operated as if an obstacle hits, and the control unit stops the operation of the electric floor undulating mechanism.

Since it is configured as described above, from the rising state of the back bed 4,
When an obstacle is caught under the back floor 4 when returning to the normal state, the obstacle hits the wire member 7, and thus a large tension is applied to the wire member 7 as compared with the tension at the normal time. The limit switch 8 operates as if an obstacle is caught (see FIG. 3), and the electric floor undulating mechanism can be stopped. Further, when an obstacle hits the wire supporting means 6 at the corner of the back bed 4 and a force exceeding a certain amount is applied to the wire supporting means 6, the wire supporting means 6 is deformed, the wire member 7 is loosened, and the limit switch 8 is turned off. It operates as if an obstacle has hit, and the electric floor undulating mechanism can be deactivated.

Absent. Therefore, the caregiver can easily remove the obstacle, and moreover, the back bed 4 which is the easiest to grip the object.
Since the wire supporting means 6 which is easily deformed is provided at the corner of the electric floor even if a child or the like temporarily hits the back floor 4 when a child or the like enters the electric floor portion. Since the undulating mechanism is stopped, the safety is high. In this case, for example, a blinking display of a lamp or the like indicating an abnormal state, or a warning sound or the like may be generated to notify the patient or caregiver. Therefore, when the back floor 4 hits an obstacle, the electric floor undulating mechanism is immediately stopped, so that the electric floor undulating mechanism will not be overloaded and the obstacle will not be hit. If hit, the means for actuating the electric floor undulating mechanism in the opposite direction is unnecessary.

Since the electric floor undulation mechanism is stopped immediately, no unreasonable load is applied to the electric floor undulation mechanism. If an obstacle is hit, move the electric floor undulation mechanism in the opposite direction. There is no need for a means to operate. Obstacles do not place a heavy burden on the floor undulation mechanism. Moreover, since it is simply attached to the conventional floor undulating mechanism, it can be applied to an existing bed, and the structure is simple, and there is no cost problem.
