入すると共に下方から別の圧入部品を圧入する圧入装置
において、機枠にワークをセットする治具テーブルを定
置可能なテーブルを設けると共に、機枠の上側部に第1
圧シリンダを立設し、該機枠の該テーブルと該第1圧入
シリンダとの間の部分に、ワークに上方から圧入する複
数の圧入部品用の複数の圧入ヘッドと、ワークに下方か
ら圧入する別の圧入部品を圧入反力を受ける反力受けと
を夫々上下動自在に支持する可動枠を設けて、該可動枠
の動きでこれら圧入ヘッドと圧力受けとを第1圧入シリ
ンダの直下の作動位置に割出し自在とし、更に、前記テ
ーブルの下方に前記別の圧入部品用の圧入ヘッドを有す
る第2圧入シリンダを立設すると共に、前記各圧入ヘッ
ドの圧入途中位置を検出する手段と、前記各圧入部品の
圧入反力を検出する手段と、圧入途中位置での圧入反力
から各圧入部品の圧入不良を判別する手段とを設けるこ
とを特徴とする圧入装置。
