Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5, a sandwich panel A ′ in which a heat insulating material 2 is filled between outer skins 1 and 1 on the front and back is known. This sandwich panel A'is such that a fitting projection 4 is provided at one end and a fitting recess 5 is provided at the other end. After A'is fixed to the base material 12 such as the furring strip by the fixing tool 14, the sandwich panel A ', the fitting convex portion 4 and the fitting concave portion 5 which are adjacent to each other are fitted to each other, and then the adjacent sandwich panel A' Is fixed to the base material 15 by the fixing tool 14. In this case, the sandwich panel A ′ before being fixed is pressed by a jack or manual force so that the joint 13 has a standard size (for example, 10 mm), and the joint 14 is fixed.

However, due to the elasticity of the packing material 8 interposed between the fitting convex portion 4 and the fitting concave portion 5, the fitting convex portion 4 tries to come off from the fitting concave portion 5 and is fixed by the fixing tool 14. Since the sandwich panel A'has to be pressed continuously, this is an extremely difficult work, and the pressing force is unavoidably widened beyond a predetermined joint width. In addition, if the packing material 8 is not pressed sufficiently, rainwater and the like will enter the inside from the fitting portion when there is a strong wind, resulting in problems of watertightness and airtightness. Even if the packing material 8 is pressed sufficiently, rainwater may enter the interior through the fitting portion due to the capillary phenomenon and may leak rain. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to keep a fitting depth of a fitting convex portion and a fitting concave portion constant to make a joint width constant and watertight. In addition, airtightness can be ensured, and further, even when rainwater enters the fitting portion, it does not leak into the inside to cause rain leakage during strong wind and rain.

The sandwich panel of the present invention has a fitting protrusion 4 at one end of a panel body 3 in which a heat insulating material 2 is filled between outer and outer skins 1.
And a fitting recessed portion 5 at the other end of the fitting recessed portion 5 in the middle of the fitting protruding portion 4 in the protruding length direction. Direction is bent at a substantially right angle outward to form the locking portion 6, and the fitting concave portion 5 is formed such that the inner surfaces facing each other are tapered so that the depth of the fitting concave portion 5 becomes a taper surface, and the wall thickness of the front and back portions in the deep portion is set to the fitting concave portion. 5 is thicker than the wall thickness of the front and back portions of the inlet portion, and the outer and outer skins 1 and 1 are bent on the inner surface of the fitting recess 5 at a substantially right angle in the thickness direction of the panel to form the locked portion 7. In order to connect the panels by forming the packing material 8 between the tip of the fitting convex portion 4 and the bottom of the fitting concave portion 5, fitting from the locking portion 6 of the fitting convex portion 4 to the tip side The thickness of the convex portion 4 is made smaller toward the tip to form a front surface side cavity portion 9 and a back surface side cavity portion 10 for cutting off the capillary phenomenon at the panel connecting portion. The front side slanted surface 9a and the back side slanted surface 10a are formed at the tip of the fitting convex portion 4, and the sandwich panel connection structure of the present invention has a front and back skin 1 , 1 has a fitting protrusion 4 protruding from one end of the panel body 3 filled with the heat insulating material 2, and a fitting recess 5 recessed into the other end. Fitting recess 5 of sandwich panel adjacent to section 4
A connection structure for sandwich panels fitted to,
In the middle of the protruding direction of the fitting convex portion 4, the outer and outer skins 1,
Bending 1 at a substantially right angle to the outside of the panel in the thickness direction to form the locking portion 6, and the fitting concave portion 5 has tapered inner surfaces facing each other so that the inner portion becomes narrow, and The wall thickness is made thicker than the wall thickness of the front and back portions of the inlet of the fitting recess 5, and the outer and outer skins 1 and 1 are bent on the inner surface of the fitting recess 5 at a substantially right angle outward in the thickness direction of the panel. Form the locked part 7,
The packing material 8 is provided between the tip of the fitting protrusion 4 and the bottom of the fitting recess 5.
When connecting the panels by interposing, the thickness of the fitting convex portion 4 on the tip side from the locking portion 6 of the fitting convex portion 4 is made smaller toward the tip to prevent the capillary phenomenon at the connecting portion of the panel. The front surface side inclined surface 9a and the rear surface side inclined surface 10a for forming the front surface side hollow portion 9 and the rear surface side hollow portion 10 for cutting are formed at the tip end portion of the fitting convex portion 4 to form a sandwich panel. Compound convex part 4
The packing material 8 is interposed between the tip of the and the fitting concave portion 5 to fit the fitting convex portion 4 and the fitting concave portion 5, and the locking portion 6 is locked to the locked portion 7. An outer surface of the fitting convex portion 4 and an inner surface of the fitting concave portion 5 are formed by forming a front surface side cavity portion 9 and a back surface side cavity portion 10 for cutting off a capillary phenomenon at a panel connecting portion. The above problems are solved by these configurations. [Operation] The packing material 8 is provided between the tip of the fitting convex portion 4 and the fitting concave portion 5.
When the fitting convex portion 4 and the fitting concave portion 5 are fitted with each other and the locking portion 6 is locked to the locked portion 7, the outer skins 1 and 1 on the front and back are bent substantially at right angles. Similar to the formed locking portion 6, a locked portion 7 formed by bending the outer and outer skins 1 and 1 at a substantially right angle is locked. As described above, the locking portion 6 and the locked portion 7 are in surface contact with each other in the direction orthogonal to the connecting direction and are in contact with each other, and the packing material 8 is compressed to connect the packings to each other. The elastic restoring force of the powerfully prevents the connection part from loosening. Maintain the initial connection state of the panel for a long time. Moreover, in the connected state, the front surface side cavity portion 9 and the back surface side cavity portion 10 partitioned by the panel material 8 into the front surface and the back surface are formed on the outer surface of the fitting convex portion 4 and the inner surface of the fitting concave portion 5. The front side cavity 9 and the back side cavity 10 have large ends, and the atmospheric pressure (internal pressure) of the front side cavity 9 and the back side cavity 10 and the pressure outside the panel (external pressure). And are equal. Avoid creating a pressure difference. Avoid the phenomenon of rainwater drawing in due to the pressure difference. Moreover, the capillary phenomenon at the panel connection point is cut off. As a result, the infiltration of rainwater at the connection part of the panel is effectively prevented. Moreover, in order to fit the fitting convex portion 4 and the fitting concave portion 5, the inner surface of the fitting concave portion 5 is a tapered surface, and the front surface side cavity portion 9 and the back surface side cavity portion 10 can be sufficiently formed. Moreover, the tip of the fitting convex portion 4 can be made sufficiently thin from the entrance of the fitting concave portion 5, the fitting convex portion 4 can be easily inserted into the fitting concave portion 5, and the packing material 8 can be inserted with the thin tip. It is possible to sufficiently compress and enhance the watertightness, and further, it is possible to increase the wall thickness of the front and back sides in the inner part of the fitting recess 5, thereby increasing the strength of the wall part in the inner part of the fitting recess 5. The connection strength in the concave-convex fitting mode can be increased. [Example] As the outer cover 1, a colored zinc iron plate, a colored aluminum plate, a colored aluminum zinc alloy plated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, a titanium steel plate, a synthetic resin sheet, or the like is adopted. Between the outer skin 1 on the front and back, polyol, isocyanate,
A foamable synthetic resin material such as a hard urethane foam, an isocyanurate foam, or a phenol foam mixed with a catalyst, a foaming agent, a foaming agent, etc. is injected and foamed to fill the heat insulating material 2 to form the panel body 3. ing. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a fitting having a substantially trapezoidal cross section is formed in which a step 11 is formed on the front and back surfaces at one end of the panel body 3 and is tapered toward the tip. The convex portion 4 is formed. A base portion of the fitting convex portion 4 projects outward from the step portion 11 to form a locking portion 6. A fitting recess 5 is provided at the other end of the panel body 3. The tip of the side wall of the fitting recess 5 is formed with a locked portion 7 protruding inward, and a packing material 8 is attached to the bottom wall. Then, the sandwich panels A are fitted to each other by fitting the fitting protrusions 4 of one sandwich panel A to the fitting recesses 5 of the adjacent sandwich panels A to lock the locking portions 6 to the locked portions 7. Are joined together. Not only is it possible to prevent the fitting convex portion 4 and the fitting concave portion 5 from being disengaged from each other by the engagement between the engaging portion 6 and the engaged portion 7, and it is possible to make the width of the joint portion 13 constant. Since the packing material 8 is pressed by the tip of the fitting convex portion 5,
The packing material 8 is in a constant pressing state, and a jack or a human power is used in order to maintain the fitting depth of the fitting convex portion 4 and the fitting concave portion 5 at a constant depth to obtain a predetermined joint width as in the conventional case. This eliminates the need to press and hold the adjacent sandwich panel A. Then, in this state, the sandwich panel A is fixed to the base material 12 by the fixing tool 14. In this way, the sandwich panels A are sequentially connected. In this case, the fitting convex portion 4 has a trapezoidal cross section, and the thickness thereof becomes smaller toward the tip. Therefore, in the fitting portion, the outer surface of the fitting convex portion 4 and the inner surface of the fitting concave portion 5 form the front surface side cavity portion 9. A back surface side hollow portion 10 is formed. Therefore, even when rainwater enters the fitting portion during strong wind and rain, first, the rainwater flows out through the front surface side cavity portion 9 downward, and even if the rainwater penetrates the back surface side cavity portion 10 through the packing material 8, the rain water is also present on the back surface side. It does not cause rain leak inside the building by flowing downward through the cavity 10. Furthermore, the fitting recess 5 becomes narrower toward the bottom,
Since the thickness of the base portion of the side wall of the fitting recess 5 is large, when the sandwich panels A are joined together, the volume of the front surface side cavity portion 9 and the back surface side cavity portion 10 in the fitting portion becomes small, When the sandwich panel A is manufactured, the foamable synthetic resin material can be smoothly injected into the side wall to ensure the filling of the heat insulating material 2, and the size of the packing material 8 can be reduced. In the present invention, the shapes of the engaging portion 6 and the engaged portion 7 are not limited to those in the above-described embodiment, and the engaging portion 6 is a convex portion and the engaged portion 7 is a concave portion. Any cross-sectional shape is acceptable as long as the locked state can be secured, and
The shape of the fitting convex portion 4 does not have to be symmetrical, as long as the front surface side cavity portion 9 and the back surface side cavity portion 10 can be formed when the sandwich panels A are joined together.

In the present invention, in the middle of the protruding length of the fitting convex portion, the outer and outer skins are bent outward at a substantially right angle in the thickness direction of the panel to form a locking portion, and the inner and outer surfaces of the fitting concave portion are The outer skin is bent at a substantially right angle outward in the thickness direction of the panel to form a locked portion, and the fitting recess is made an inner taper surface facing each other so that the inner portion becomes narrower. Is thicker than the wall thickness of the front and back parts of the entrance of the fitting recess, and the fitting projection is used to connect the panel by inserting packing material between the tip of the fitting projection and the bottom of the fitting recess. The surface for forming the front side cavity part and the back side cavity part for cutting off the capillary phenomenon at the connection part of the panel by making the thickness of the fitting convex part on the tip side from the locking part of the part smaller toward the tip Since the side inclined surface and the back side inclined surface are formed at the tip of the fitting protrusion, the tip of the fitting protrusion and the fitting recess By interposing a packing material between the,
When the fitting convex part and the fitting concave part are fitted together, and the locking part is locked to the locked part, the outer skins of the front and back are the same as the locking part formed by bending the front and back outer skin at a substantially right angle. The locked portion formed by being bent at a substantially right angle is locked. Thus, the locking portion and the locked portion come into surface contact with each other in the direction orthogonal to the connecting direction and abut. When connecting the panels by compressing the packing material, the elastic restoring force of the packing material can strongly prevent the connection points from loosening, and maintain the panel's intended connection state for a long period of time. And in its connected state,
On the outer surface of the fitting convex portion and the inner surface of the fitting concave portion, it is possible to form a front surface side cavity and a back surface side cavity with a packing material, and these front surface side cavity and back surface cavity are formed. The side cavity has a larger tip, and the atmospheric pressure (internal pressure) of the front side cavity and the back side cavity is made equal to the atmospheric pressure outside the panel (external pressure) to generate a pressure difference. Can be avoided, the phenomenon of drawing in rainwater due to the pressure difference can be avoided, and the capillary phenomenon at the panel connection point can be cut off, resulting in effective entry of rainwater at the panel connection point. Can be prevented, and moreover, in fitting the fitting convex portion and the fitting concave portion,
The inner surface of the fitting recess is a tapered surface so that the front-side cavity and the back-side cavity can be sufficiently formed, and the tip of the fitting protrusion can be made sufficiently thinner than the entrance of the fitting recess. The convex part can be easily inserted into the fitting concave part, the packing material can be sufficiently compressed with a thin tip to improve watertightness, and the wall thickness of the front and back sides in the deep part of the fitting concave part can be increased. Therefore, there is an advantage that the strength of the wall portion in the inner part of the fitting recess can be increased and the connection strength in the concave-convex fitting mode can be increased.
