Description
本発明は、防音性能を有する長尺の床材を室の端部に
おいて取付けるための技術に関する。TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a technique for mounting a long floor material having soundproofing performance at the end of a room.
近年アパート、マンション等の鉄筋コンクリート集合
住宅などにおいてはカーペットより木質系床材が好まれ
る傾向にある。この理由としてぜんそくやダニ、あるい
は掃除がしにくい等があげられるが、階高が制限されて
いることから従来のころばし根太による施工から仕上げ
高さの低い直貼り工法が主流となっている。ところでこ
の従来例にあっては、床材に直接衝撃を受けたとき、床
材を伝わって建物のコンクリートスラブのような床下地
基材に振動が伝わり、これが下階に伝わるという問題が
あり、防音上好ましくなかった。そこで本発明者は床材
本体の下面にクッション材を積層して長尺の床材を構成
し、この床材をコンクリートスラブのような床下地基材
に敷設することを考えた。このようにすると、床材上面
に加わる衝撃をクッション材で吸収することができる
が、クッション性のため床の沈みが発生する。また床材
が長尺のものにおいては長手方向の端部が上方に浮くよ
うに反る場合がある。このように長尺の床材の長手方向
の端部において沈み込みや浮き上がりが発生すると、例
えば室の端における窓や出入口等のはき出し構造の開口
部部分においては鴨居などとの関係で床材の長手方向の
端部が上下にずれ、きわめて収まりが悪くなるという問
題があった。 [発明の目的] 本発明は上記の従来の問題点に鑑みて発明したもので
あって、その目的とするところは部屋の端近くにおいて
裏面にクッション材を有する長尺の床材の端部が沈み込
んだり、浮き上がったりするのを防止できる床材の取付

本発明の床材の取付構造は、床材本体1の裏面にクッ
ション材2を積層して長尺の床材3を形成し、該長尺の
床材3を床下地基材4に敷設し、部屋の端近くにおいて
長尺の床材3の長手方向端部付近のクッション材2に該
クッション材2の長手方向の最端部から少し引き込んだ
位置に凹所5を設け、部屋の端近くにおいて床下地基材
4に固着された浮沈防止部材6に凹所5を嵌め込み、床
材3を浮沈防止部材6に固着して成るものであって、こ
のような構成を採用することで上記した従来例の問題点
を解決して本発明の目的を達成したものである。すなわ
ち本発明にあっては、部屋の端近くにおいて長尺の床材
3の長手方向端部のクッション材2に設けた凹所5を床
下地基材4に固着した浮沈防止部材6に嵌め込んで床材
3を浮沈防止部材6に固着することで、部屋の端におい
て長尺の床材3の長手方向の端部が沈み込んだり、ある
いは浮き上がったりするのを防止できるようになったも
のである。 以下本発明を実施例により詳述する。床材3は木質
系、プラスチック系、無機質系等の長尺の床本体1の裏
面にクッション材2を積層して構成してある。床材本体
1の側端面部には嵌合凹部7乃至嵌合凸部8が設けてあ
る。しかして上記のような構成の床材3はコンクリート
スラブのような床下地基材4上に敷設されるのである
が、長尺の床材3を敷設するに当たり、部屋の端近くに
位置することになる長手方向の端部付近のクッション材
2の一部を切欠して凹所5を設ける。このようにして形
成された凹所5は該クッション材2の長手方向の最端部
から少し引き込んだ位置に形成されることになる。ま
た、床下地基材4には第1図、第2図のように木質系あ
るいはプラスチック系等の浮沈防止部材6をコンクリー
ト釘、接着剤などの固着手段9により固着しておく。そ
して長尺の床材3を床下地基材4に敷設するに当たり、
部屋の端近くにおいて長尺の床材3の長手方向の端部に
設けた凹所5を浮沈防止部材6に嵌め込み、床材3の嵌
合凸部8部分から釘のような固着具10を打込んで浮沈防
止部材6に固着する。また床材3は床下地基材4に敷設
する際接着剤によりクッション材2の下面を床下地基材
4に接着するものである。隣り合う床材3同士は嵌合凹
部7と嵌合凸部8との嵌合により接合するものである
が、この場合第6図のように嵌合凹部7に接着材11を薄
く塗布したのちに嵌合するものであり、継目からはみ出
した接着剤11は第7図のように湿った布12ですみやかに
拭き取るものである。しかして本発明は部屋の端におい
て長尺の床材3の端部のクッション材2に設けた凹所5
を床下地基材4に固定した浮沈防止部材6に嵌め込むと
共に床材3を床下地基材4に固着するので、部屋の端に
おいて長尺の床材3の端部が沈み込んだり、浮き上がっ
たりしないようになっている。したがって、部屋の端の
窓や出入口等のはき出し部のように巾木などを設けられ
ないような箇所においても、第3図のように敷居13、サ
ッシ等に対して長尺の床材3の端部が矢印のように上下
せず収まりがよくなるものである。また長尺の床材3に
おいて床材本体1に裏面から第1図のような切り溝15を
切り込んで防音効果を増そうとする場合、切り溝15を裏
面側から切り込む関係でいっそう長尺の床材3の長手方
向の端部が上に向かって反ろうとするが、このような場
合でも部屋の端近くにおいて床材3の反りを防止できる
のである。 ところで長尺の床材5の4側面のうち隣り合う2側面
に嵌合凹部7を形成し、残りの隣り合う2側面に嵌合凸
部8を形成した場合、部屋の端に位置する長尺の床材3
の長手方向の端部は嵌合凹部7が位置するようにする
か、あるいは切断した切断端面が位置するようにするか
のいずれかとなるようにし、嵌合凸部8は位置しないよ
うにする。そして長尺の床材3同士は長手方向において
も嵌合凹部7と嵌合凸部8とにより嵌合するものであ
る。 なお凹所5を浮沈防止部材6に嵌め込んで固着した場
合クッション材2の下面がちょうど床下地基材4に接す
るか、あるいはクッション材2が床下地基材4にやや圧
