してより一層ジュール加熱せしめることができる。その
上、通電作用時においては導電液Cもジュール熱により
昇温されることとなり、その加熱作用で包装品101を外
周よりも加熱するため食品材料Aの熟熱も平均に行わ
れ、食品材料Aは膨みのある噛みごたえと味のよい食品
となる外加工時間もごく短時間に短縮できるので電力の
