However, according to the method as described above, it is difficult to sufficiently fill the back surface side of the support work 3 with concrete, and the cavity 5 is formed on the back surface side of the support work 3. Especially in the excavation work of the soft ground 1, a wide support (about 200 m / m) is used to prevent the ground from collapsing.
In this case, the cavity 5 is more likely to occur. As a result, the cavity 5 causes the loosening of the natural ground 1,
There is a problem of causing displacement in the surrounding ground.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for suppressing the loosening of the ground by suppressing the loosening of the ground by not forming a cavity on the back surface side of the support work 3.

In order to achieve the above object, the method for suppressing loosening of the ground of the present invention is, in the tunnel hole provided in the ground, on the outer surface of the arch-shaped support work arranged along the wall surface of the tunnel hole. , A cavity filling bag consisting of aggregate and a water-absorbent bag containing an expansion coagulant is installed so as to fill the gap between the support work and the wall surface of the tunnel hole, and in that state a concrete layer is applied to the wall surface of the tunnel hole. Formed, in the bag body, by absorbing the moisture of the ground, or by absorbing water into the bag body by sprinkling, to expand and solidify the expansion coagulant, and the wall surface of the tunnel hole on the outer surface side of the support work It is configured so that no space is created between it and the concrete layer.

That is, the method for suppressing loosening of the ground according to the present invention provides a hollow filling bag composed of an aggregate and a water-absorbent bag filled with an expansion coagulant, and a gap between the support and the wall surface of the tunnel hole. In that state, form a concrete layer on the wall surface of the tunnel hole, and absorb the moisture of the concrete layer or the moisture of the ground in the bag, or sprinkle it to absorb water in the bag body, It is designed to expand and solidify the expansion coagulant. Therefore, the space formed on the outer surface side of the support work is filled with the solidified bag. As a result, the loosening of the ground is prevented, and the surrounding ground is not displaced. Further, at this time, since the aggregate is contained in the bag body, the solidified bag body is maintained at high strength.

Using the cavity-filling bag 6 described above, the loosening of the ground is suppressed as follows. That is, first, arch-like supports (width of about 20 cm) are arranged at predetermined intervals in the tunnel holes. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of cavity filling bags 6 are attached in the gap between the outer surface of the support 8 and the wall surface of the tunnel hole as shown in the drawing. Then, in this state, the concrete layer 4 is formed by spraying on the wall surface of the tunnel hole 2. Then, water is absorbed in the cavity filling bag 6 by sprinkling water in the tunnel hole 2. As a result, the coagulant in the cavity filling bag 6 expands and solidifies, and the coagulant in FIGS.
Cavity filling bag 6a solidified in the expanded state as shown in the figure
However, the cavities formed on the outer surface side of the support work 8 are filled. Therefore, the hollow is eliminated, the looseness of the natural ground 1 is suppressed, and the occurrence of displacement of the natural ground 1 is prevented. In addition, since lightweight and durable rubber scraps are used as the aggregate to be filled in the cavity filling bag 6, the weight of the support work 8 does not increase and the construction is easy, and at the same time, for a long period of time. Over time, the loosening suppressing effect of the natural ground 1 becomes possible.
Furthermore, since the cavity filling bag 6 is attached to the support 8 only by attaching the both sides with the double-sided tape 7, it is extremely easy.

In the above embodiment, when the cavity filling bag 6 is inflated and solidified, water is sprinkled in the tunnel holes 2 so that the cavity filling bag 6 absorbs water.
Moisture leaching from the natural ground 1 may be absorbed by the cavity filling bag 6. According to this, it is possible to save the trouble of water sprinkling work and obtain the same effect as the above method. Further, the aggregate is not limited to rubber scraps, and other aggregates may be used, but it is preferable to use a lightweight, durable and inexpensive aggregate. Further, as the coagulant, in addition to the water-absorbent polymer, any one that absorbs water and expands and solidifies can be used. Further, in the above embodiment, the cavity filling bag 6 is attached after the support 8 is arranged in the tunnel hole.
Alternatively, the supporting work 8 with the bag 6 may be arranged in the tunnel.

As described above, according to the present invention, the bag body that is inflated and solidified by absorbing water fills the space portion generated on the outer surface side of the supporting work, so that the space portion is eliminated and the looseness of the ground is suppressed. No displacement occurs.

1. A gap between the support work and the wall surface of the tunnel hole is provided on the outer surface of the arch-like support work arranged in the tunnel hole provided in the natural ground along the wall surface of the tunnel hole. A hollow filling bag consisting of aggregate and a water-absorbent bag with a built-in expansion coagulant is attached so as to be filled, and in that state a concrete layer is formed on the wall surface of the tunnel hole to absorb the natural moisture in the bag body. Or by causing water to be absorbed into the bag body by sprinkling water, the expansion and coagulation agent is expanded and solidified so that a space is not formed between the wall surface of the tunnel hole and the concrete layer on the outer surface side of the support work. A characteristic method for suppressing loosening of natural ground.
