FIG. 5 shows an example of a conventional wire drawing method. In this case, first, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), the wire 3 drawn from the wire drum is moved forward through the wire drawing wheel 7. Then, the wire 3 is cut between the wire drawing wheel 7 and the wire drum 9 behind it, as shown in FIG. 5 (b). In this case, the tension of the line 3 is not applied to the rear of the line drawing vehicle 7. As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the wire drawing clamps 13 are compressed and fixed to the wire end portions before and after the cut wire 3, respectively. (Because the tension clamp 4 cannot pass through the wire extension wheel 7, the split wire 5b is connected between the wire extension clamps 13 and then the wire winding device 11 shown in FIG.
And split wire 5b. After this wire drawing is continued and an appropriate amount of wire drawing is performed, as shown in FIG. 5 (c), a cam along 14a of the wire temporary fixing tool 14 to be described later is attached to the wire 3, and the wire of the wire temporary fixing tool 14 is attached. Transfer the tension of filament 3 to 15. Then, the wire 3 is cut near the base of the wire clamp 13, the wire clamp 13 is cut off, and the tension clamp (compression clamp) 4 is attached to the wire 3 as shown in FIG. 5 (d). After that, attach the connecting metal fittings (or the metal fittings for cam tightening if you do not use the cam along) 16 and the wire connector 17 to the tension-resistant clamp (compression clamp) 4, and connect the split wire 5b to the wire connector 17. , And loosen the winch of the temporary wire fixing tool 14 and extend the wire again. Then, the wire extension is continued, and when the rear end of the split wire 5b advances toward the front of the wire drawing vehicle 7, the split wire 5b
The wire strip 3 is cut near the root of the wire extension clamp 13 attached to the rear end side of the wire extension clamp 13, and the wire extension clamp 13 is cut off. In this case, since the temporary wire fixing tool 14 is still attached, tension may be applied to the temporary wire fixing tool 14 in advance. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 5 (e), a tension clamp (compression clamp) 4 is attached to the wire 3. After attaching the tension resistant clamp (compression clamp) 4, the cam along metal fitting 16 and the wire connector 17 are attached to the tension resistant clamp (compression clamp) 4, and the split wire 5b is connected to the wire connector 17. This connects the wire 3 to the front and back of the split wire 5b. Next, the line temporary fixing tool 14
Is loosened and the tension applied to the wire 15 attached to the wire 3 by the cam along 14a is transferred to the wire 3 and the split wire 5b. Then, after the tension moves to the line 3 and the split wire 5b, the cam along 14 attached to the line 3
Remove a and wire 15. (See FIG. 5 (e)). With this conventional wire drawing method, the cam along 14
Since a extends over a considerable distance (for example, about 40 m) from the drum field 6 where there are line-cars 7, 8 etc., it naturally increases its altitude, and is located at a height of about 15 to 20 m, for example. ing. As a result, for example, a method of providing a scaffold at a position supposed to remove the cam along 14a or the like, or a method of removing the cam along 14a or the like by riding a basket attached to the tip of the arm of a tow truck are used.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the former case of the above-described conventional wire drawing method, the work of compressing the wire drawing clamp 13, the work of replacing the split wire 5b, the wire drawing clamp 13 and the tension clamp. (Compression clamp) 4 replacement work and cam along 14a
The work to set up a scaffold for removing the wire 15 and the wire 15 is complicated, and the climb along the scaffold, or the cam along 14a and the wire attached to the wire 3 by riding on the basket attached to the tip of the arm of the tow truck. There is a problem that the work for removing 15 is complicated and dangerous. In the case of the latter of the conventional wire drawing methods, the cam along 14
The work of providing a scaffold to remove a and the wire 15 is complicated, and ascending to that scaffold, or riding the cage attached to the tip of the arm of the tow truck and attaching the cam along 14a to the line 3 There is a problem that the work of removing the wire 15 is complicated and dangerous. Furthermore, in this case, loosen the temporary wire fixing tool 14 and cam along the wire 3.
When the tension applied to the wire 15 attached by 14a is transferred to the wire 3 and the split wire 5b, the tension-free part is long, so the tension is transferred to the wire 3 and the split wire 5b immediately before the tension is completely transferred. There is a problem that the wire 5b jumps up greatly, which causes a danger.

2 shows a second embodiment of the wire drawing method of the present invention. In this case, first, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), the wire temporary fixing tool 14 is provided in front of the wire drawing vehicle 7. Cut the wire 3 temporarily fastened with, attach the tension clamps 4 to the ends of the wire before and after the cut wire 3, and attach the tension clamps to the wire 3 in the extension. 4 and the front end of the main split wire 5 are connected, and the rear end of the main split wire 5 and the end of the support wire 18 protruding to the front of the wire drawing vehicle 8 are connected,
Then, loosen the wire temporary fixing tool 14 or reverse the wire drawing wheel 8 and, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the wire 3, the main split wire 5, and the supporting wire during the wire drawing. Apply tension to 18. That is, when the wire temporary fixing tool 14 is loosened and tension is applied to the wire 3 or the like in the wire drawing, the wire drawing wheel 8 is reversed to move the supporting wire 18 and the main split wire 5 to the wire drawing wheel 8 After winding, the wire temporary fixing tool 14 is removed, and then the wire drawing wheel 8 is normally rotated to feed the main split wire 5 and the support wire 18. Then, after the rear end of the main split wire 5 and the front end of the support wire 18 come out to the front of the wire drawing vehicle 8, (see FIG. 2 (c)), the compression clamp 4 and the main split of the unstretched wire end portion are formed. The rear end of the wire 5 is connected via the connecting part A. The connecting part A comprises a cam alongside metal fitting 16, a wire connector 17, a split wire 19, and a wire connector 17 from the compression clamp 4 side. As shown in FIG. 2 (d), the main split wire end is attached. By connecting the connector 17 connected to the auxiliary split wire 19 to the ring 5a, the wire strip 3, the main split wire 5, the connecting part A, and the unstretched wire strip 3 in the wire extension are connected. (See FIG. 2 (e)) In this case, the wire connector 17 is attached to the support wire 18 adjacent to the wire connector 17. (See FIG. 2 (d)), followed by wire drawing car 8
The wire 18 wound around is loosened to apply tension to the unstretched wire strip 3, and then the supporting wire 18 and the wire connector 17 are removed. (See FIG. 2 (e)) (Effect of the invention) In the method of the present invention, the cam-along 14a and the wire 15 attached to the wire 3 are removed by the tension clamp (compression) attached to the wire 3. This is after the connection between the clamp) 4 and the end of the split wire 5. That is, if it is possible to move the tension to the line 3 being drawn, the line temporary fixing tool
The tension can be transferred to the wire 3 being extended by loosening the wire 14, and the cam along 14a and the wire 15 can be removed at that stage. Therefore, the cam along 14a of the wire temporary fixing tool 14 is
It does not come out so much in front of the line-cars 7, 8 and naturally its altitude does not rise as it did in the past. Therefore, according to the construction method of the present invention, it is possible to work in the drum field, and particularly, the work of providing a scaffold for removing the wire temporary fixing tool 14 is simplified.
In addition, dangerous work such as climbing to the scaffold or removing the cam-along and the wire attached to the line by riding on the basket attached to the tip of the arm of the tow truck is also improved. Further, according to the method of the present invention, the wire drawing clamp
Since the work of compressing 13, the work of replacing the split wire 5, etc., and the work of replacing the wire extension clamp 13 and the tension clamp (compression clamp) 4 are eliminated, the work efficiency is improved accordingly.

又、本発明工法によれば、線条仮止工具14のカムアロ

が得られる。
Further, according to the method of the present invention, the cam along 14a of the temporary wire fixing tool 14 can reduce the amount of movement of the wire suspension wheels 7 and 8 in the forward direction, so that it is conventionally used as a hoisting machine. Since a simple tool such as a lever block can be used instead of the winch, the work can be facilitated.
