ものを例に採り絞り加工を説明する。二次プレス機で絞
り加工を行うには、先ずプレス中間品5′の目的とする
角部となる部分を挟む2つの既に曲げられている曲げ線
を角部用ダイス6の所定辺に合わせて載置する。角部用
ダイス6の第3図に示す辺6a,6bは、プレス中間品5′
の角部とそれに続く直線状曲げ部を含むものであるか
ら、直線状曲げ線で曲げられて所定の角θ例えば90°に
なつているフランジ部をも角部用ダイス6の側壁に当接
した状態となつている。このような載置状態で押圧用シ
リンダーを作動させシリンダーロツド12の先端に取り付
けられているポンチ取付板11を下方(矢印方向)に降下
させると、ポンチ取付板11の下面にスプリング10を介し
て取り付けられている押え板9がプレス中間品5′のウ
エブ部を角部用ダイス6との間に押え付けてプレス中間

間品5′の縁部によつて与えられる反発力による逃げ
は、支持壁7によつて防止される。なお、第3図におい
ても角部用ダイス6の面と面との境界は構造を判り易く
するため実線6a,6b,6cで示しているが、適当な曲率を持
つているのが普通であり、特に線6cの部分は金属板4上
に設定された曲げ線の角部における曲がり形状とほぼ合
つたものであることが原則であり、それに対応する角部
用ポンチ8の部分も同様である。以上の曲げ作業を所望
